The Elite 32 Tournament will be one of the premier July events nationwide. Held at multiple high schools in metro Atlanta., over 250 colleges and universities attended this event in 2018.  With this event held in Atlanta just after the Under Armor Invitational, the tournament will continue to field some of the country’s best teams to compete for four days. Don’t let your team miss out on a great way to gain exposure and earn scholarships.

New User Directions in recruitify



  1. Click the red ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom. Complete the form to create an organization account. Creating an account will allow you to register for multiple events, without having to fill out multiple registration forms.
  2. Complete the form. Once complete, click Save Team
  3. After saving, if you need to create more than one team click Add Team in the top, right-hand corner.
  4. To register your team(s) for an event, click Register for Events(s)
  5. Find the event and click Register
  6. Select your Team(s) and Payment Method

Existing User Directions in Recruitify



  1. If you are an existing user and have already created an organization account with recruitify, enter your username and password to login.
  2. Once you are logged in, select the team(s) you are registering. If you need to add a new team click My Teams and then Add Team in the top, right-hand corner
  3. Click Register for Event(s) and find the event and click Register

NCAA Team Registration:

All travel teams taking part in the Sweet 16 Session I MUST register their coaches and players with the NCAA here and opt-in to the event from here as well: NCAA Team Registration

NCAA Coaches Certification:

All individuals who engage in coaching activities at an NCAA-certified basketball event must be approved through the NCAA Coaches’ Approval Process. The entire process must be completed online and can be accessed through the following link: *All bench coaches must be certified. No exceptions

College Coaches:

Packets will be available at 5 pm on Day One. McEachern High School will be the only place selling packets and admission bands for coaches.

College Coach Packets:

*We can accept credit card purchases via PayPal up to 72 hours before the event. Please email OnTheRadarHoops@gmail.com for an invoice. There will be a 3% processing fee added to the invoice.


NCAA REQUIREMENTS



ALL coaches must FIRST obtain or renew their USAB gold license number (www.usab.com/ncaalicense) and THEN register or renew their account in the BBCS (http://bbcs.ncaa.org) BEFORE they can participate in this event.

ALL athletes must be registered in the BBCS BEFORE they can participate in this event. Athletes who have previously registered in the BBCS will need to RENEW their account.
