Malik Carter (Suwanee, Ga.) – North Gwinnett HS – 2015
Carter was a big reason why North Gwinnett won the region championship last week vs. Norcross. His activity on the glass provided the spark which changed momentum in favor of the Bulldogs. His ability to attack the glass on the offensive end combined with some soft touch was timely. On the defensive end, he had just enough length & athleticism to keep UGA football signee Lorenzo Carter (GA-14) in check. Carter will be the ‘X’ factor for coach Zach Smith’s Bulldogs as they march forward into the Sweet Sixteen this week.

Jack Stucke (Suwanee, Ga.) – North Gwinnett HS – 2015
At the end of the third quarter of a highly contested region championship, coach Smith went to his bench to find a spark. He found a big spark in 5-foot-10 guard Jack Stucke. Impressively he came off the bench cold to nail two 3-pointers at the end of the quarter. This effort helped stretch the Bulldog lead out to double digits heading into the final period. The shooting guard specialist filled his role perfectly on Wednesday night and could play an even bigger role as the Bulldogs continue to their “March to Macon.”
