Jones can score in transition, he can get to the rim off the dribble, and post up smaller defenders to score through contact. He is a true shooting guard that can score all over the floor, it’s easy to see why he is one of the top players in his class.

BJ Mack – Team United

After visiting North Carolina over the weekend and with a future visit planned to Virginia Tech on September 17th, Mack is a hot commodity in the 2019 Class. This 6-foot-8 forward averaged 14.7 points to go along with 8 rebounds per game this summer on the Nike EYBL circuit. Mack presents mismatch problems for opposing defenders with his length and skill set. He can face and hit open 18 footers, attack off the dribble, and catch and finish on the move.

Mitchell Seraille – Houston Defenders HoustonDefenders

Seraille is a versatile, hybrid post who can play either the 4 or 5. He has a really good motor and runs the floor well. He excels in transition where he can get out on the break and finish above the rim or clean up everything around the basket. Seraille is a player to keep an eye on in the 2018 class.

Chandler Lawson – Team Penny

At 6-foot-7, Lawson has the capabilities to play multiple positions along the perimeter. In the open court, his handle is very good and he has ability to get to the basket at will. He shows flashes of how good of a passer he is as he can locate teammates anywhere on the floor. He has the ability to score at all three levels and will only continue to get better.

Trevin Wade – Smyrna StarsTrevinWade

Wade is a heady lead guard who makes plays for himself and others; he has a tight handle, excellent court vision, and pinpoint passing capabilities. He can drive to score or dish and shows the ability to read the defense and make decisions while in attack mode. He has floaters, pull-ups and wide angled lay-ups in his offensive arsenal and he can be unstoppable in pick and roll situations.

Juwan Gary – Team United

College Coaches followed the sophomore wing around all summer as they were looking to leave an impression early. Gary is very long and athletic wing. He has all the tools for greatness. He is a skilled combo wing. He can play multiple positons on the perimeter and excels in an up tempo environment. He is a good shooter out 22 feet and has the ability to score off the dribble going all the way to the basket or on mid-range pull ups.

Railey is more comfortable off the ball, although he can play the point. He is strong for his size and displays good athletic ability. He can score the ball in transition or in the half court by attacking the rim when he utilizes his strength to score through contact at the rim. He can make an open three with time and space but he better inside the arc off the catch or dribble.

Mikey Pearson – Hoop Dreams

Pearson is a big time athlete who is transitioning from the post to the perimeter. He is an excellent rebounder for his size; he does a good job of providing help side defense where he can block/alter shots. He really has a nose for the ball and is very good at scoring at the basket. He plays with a ton of energy and really has a good motor.
