Justise Winslow commits to Duke

Thursday afternoon Duke landed a commitment from Justise Winslow who is listed as the No. 14 prospect in the ESPN 100. Winslow committed to Duke over Arizona, Florida, Stanford, Texas A&M, and UCLA. The 6-foot-6 forward will join the nation’s No. 1 prospect Jahlil Okafor and No. 4 prospect Tyus Jones

Anthony Lawrence decommits from UCF

Class of 2015 forward Anthony Lawrence of Lakewood, Florida, decommitted from the University of Central Florida. Lawrence follows 2015’s Corey Sanders and Alex Owens. Since his decommittement Lawrence has picked up an offer from Miami

UCLA lands a commitment from Thomas Welsh

UCLA received a National Letter of Intent from 7-footer Thomas Welsh from Loyola High School in Los Angeles. Welsh has been listed as a top 100 prospect nationally from numerous scouting services around the county. Welsh averaged 12.6 points, 10.9 rebounds and 2.8 blocks per game last season

Eric Hamilton commits to Wichita State

Georgia forward Eric Hamilton became the fourth commitment in the class of 2014 for Wichita State joining Rashard Kelly, Corey Henderson, and Bush Wamukota. Hamilton chose the Shockers over Georgia and Cleveland State.
