OTR Hoops: OTR Elite 32 Standout Bigs – July 16, 2024

Year after year, the Elite 32 has been a marquee event on the recruiting trail and this one didn’t disappoint. Top-tier teams from across the country came to play and the college coaches followed. More than 125 different college programs came through to recruit and we saw several players take advantage of the opportunity. These are some of the best bigs we saw over the weekend.

6’11 C Tamiel Green – 2025 – Team Huncho (Pictured at Top)

Tamiel Green was a dominant force on the interior all weekend long for Team Huncho. Green can carve out space with his massive 6’11 frame and makes for a big target on the block. He sees the floor well out of the low post, able to see doubles coming and zip it to the open man. Green can finish with touch around the paint and he’s also shown the ability to knock down the mid-range jumper consistently. While Green may not fit every system, he’s a very intriguing prospect for the right program.

6’9 PF Andrew Jensen – 2026 – All Wisconsin

Coaches flew in from across the country to see Andrew Jensen this weekend and he did not disappoint them. Jensen put up big numbers on the weekend and threw down countless highlight dunks. He also showed the ability to step out and hit perimeter shots at a high clip. Jensen poses a consistent double-double threat, long and active on the glass with great hands. His offer list is now up to seven, including Marquette, Illinois, and West Virginia.

6’8 C Neil Summers – 2025 – 24MD Team Daum

The Wyoming product, Neil Summers, made the most of his live period in Atlanta and should see his offer list grow as a result. Summers is a skilled, back to the basket big man with excellent footwork and touch around the paint. He showed off some impressive passing ability as well, several assists on skip passes and kick-outs. Summers has a big, solid frame and uses it well to position himself for rebounds. Portland, UC San Diego, and Wyoming are the latest to offer.

6’9 PF Alex Lowry – 2025 – AOT

Alex Lowry thrives in his role for AOT and played a big part in several wins this weekend. Lowry is a stretch 4 with next level size and elite three-point shooting ability. He was getting his shots up this weekend, whether it be pick and pop looks, trailer threes, or spot-up shots on the perimeter. He’s skilled around the paint and has the foundation to grow into a consistent low-post scorer. Lowry has yet to receive his first offer but I imagine several schools will be reaching out after this weekend. His 4.0 GPA should help open plenty of doors too.

6’10 C Fallou Dioum – 2025 – All Georgia Elite

Fallou Dioum’s stock continues to sore after a big weekend at the Elite 32. Dioum is an elite rim protector that can completely change a game. It’s evident that he takes pride in the defensive end and wants to get his fingers on anything that goes up. On the offensive end, he threw down several two-hand jams and cleaned up on second chance points around the rim. His offensive skillset is still fairly raw but his size and motor set the floor very low. Dioum currently holds offers from Erskine, Voorhees, Columbia State and Bevill State.
