OTR Hoops: Summer Jam Day 2 Standouts – April 20, 2025

MARIETTA, Georgia – Day two of the Summer Jam was filled with competitive games, close finishes, and standout performances. The On the Radar Hoops media team was on hand to capture the action and highlight the players who rose above the rest. Here is a selection of standout performers from Saturday’s event.
By: Jonathan Hemingway
Kaleb Allen – Team South Carolina – 2028
Allen turned heads with a strong performance in Saturday afternoon’s victory. The 6-foot-6 wing-forward possesses a versatile skill set. His feathery touch on the turnaround jumper was a highlight, consistently finding the bottom of the net. Defensively, he uses his length to alter shots and secure rebounds in traffic. Given his ability to impact both ends of the floor, Allen appears poised for a steep upward trajectory in the basketball world.
Xavier Lebron – SOH Elite – 2028
Lebron was one of the smoothest and most skilled players in attendance on Saturday. His advanced ball-handling allows him to navigate past reaching defenders with ease. Lebron’s body control when elevating to score in the lane is exceptional, often accelerating and rising before opponents can react. Paired with a consistent jump shot, his skill set provides ample reason for optimism about his future.
Zheng Jack Liu – AOT Basketball – 2027
Liu has the potential to be a special prospect. At 6-foot-10, this big man is comfortable playing in the low post or at the top of the key. He showcased impressive footwork and ball skills in dribble-handoff actions. Liu also displayed soft touch on spin moves with outstretched arms in the lane. While he needs to add polish and balance to his game, his raw abilities and instincts make him a promising talent for Hamilton Heights.
Marcus ‘MJ’ Curry – Georgia Stars – 2027
Curry exhibits all the traits of an elite shooting guard. At 6-foot-5, he combines length, athleticism, and skill. He moves comfortably off screens in the half-court to create space for jumpers and is equally capable of driving past defenders to finish at the rim. Recently, Curry announced he will join the Grayson Rams next season, and his name is likely to trend in the coming years.
Caleb Sanders – Tre Mann Elite – 2026
Players who produce without needing the ball are often favorites among coaches and scouts, and Sanders fits this mold perfectly. The Louisiana commit, listed as a 6-foot-7 guard on his social media, brings length and strength to the perimeter and in traffic. He doesn’t require primary touches in the half-court to be effective, thriving as a secondary creator while contributing to ball-handling duties. Sanders’ immediate value at the collegiate level will likely be on defense, where his athleticism and instincts will translate instantly for the Ragin’ Cajuns.
Dontavius Stringfield – AJ Bouye – 2026
Stringfield is the type of prospect coaches love to have anchoring their frontline. With size, quickness, and athleticism, he frustrates opponents defensively. He can switch screens and guard the arc when needed but excels as a paint finisher, capitalizing on second-chance opportunities and direct post feeds.
Grant Robich – Atlanta All Stars – 2027
Robich’s reputation continues to grow among On the Radar evaluators. A high-energy ball-handler, he fearlessly leads his team’s charge. Robich handles pressure well, navigating blitzes in ball-screen actions with confidence. Whether scoring or dishing in the lane, his progression has been consistent at every checkpoint, and his development remains one to watch.
