OTR Hoops: Super 64 Camp Standouts – August 27, 2024
NORCROSS, Georgia, – On the Radar Hoops hosted the annual Super 64 Camp at Norcross High School last weekend. Over 80 prospects from around the Southeast trained and competed in front of media outlets from the Atlanta area. Here is a first look at names that we took note of at the event.
By: Jonathan Hemingway
#146 Fallou Dioum – Best Academy – 2025
Dioum looks to be generating momentum coming out of the summer viewing period. He is a physically impressive forward / center who possesses good footwork. We watched him catch a pass off the move and the free throw line and glide to the rim for a powerful dunk. He has the rare combination for a big man of size, strength, and finesse.
183 – Jayvion Nurse – Pebblebrook High School – 2025
Nurse was among the most put-together prospects in the gym on Sunday afternoon. Physically he can compete with the fastest and twitchiest guards in the building. Skill wise, he plays with confidence and poise. At one point he hit a smooth turnaround jumper on the baseline showing how high his proficiency is. Nurse has an all-around game that allows him to fill up the stat sheet nightly.
157 – Kameron Plummer – Houston County High School – 2025
Plummer looks ready to lead his team this winter to a post season run. He is a slim wing with length and a toolbox filled with skills. He handles well enough to run his team as a lead guard. And he can slide to the wing and act as an attacking primary scorer. We were impressed with his blow by speed with the ball in his hands. He still has physical maturity left obtain, but college career is just over the horizon for the Warner-Robins All-Star alum. He gave his verbal commitment to Vorhees College this summer.
#226 – Chris Perry – Bradwell Institute High School – 2026
Perry is a player that you will want to keep track of for the next few years. He is a high ceiling athlete with an emerging skill set. He is a 6-foot-6 wing with bouncy legs. The lefty proved he can turn the corner with the dribble to finish at the rim. He also showed some pace and poise as a ball handler. He proved he can play make and deliver passes consistently.
143 – Zeb Runion – River Ridge High School – 2025
Runion made a name for himself at the Super 64 Camp. He proved to be a knockdown shooter and skilled all-around guard. He showed himself to be a tough ball handler who can protect the ball from active defenders. Away from the ball he can make an impact as a cutter and a scorer in the lane. His ability to score from in a variety of ways make him a tough cover.
132 – Gage Voyles – Coahulla Creek High School – 2025
Voyles opened a lot of eyes on Saturday afternoon. The 6-3 guard brought instant energy to game play. He flew all around the court making plays as a slasher and a defender. We took note of his long first step and quick ability to get to the rim. He also showed himself to be a nice shooter from the arc. Voyles athleticism was on display too. He flushed a few dunks off the bounce. He is a player that needs to be watched this winter.
147 – Adonis Brown – South Gwinnett High School – 2026
Brown is a quick point guard who can boogey downhill with the ball in his hands. We like how he took an aggressive approach to the position. He does a good job of finding open teammates with the pass. He is adept at delivering diagonal passes off the drive. He is a player that ought to emerge in Gwinnett County this season.
189 – Xion Evans – Best Academy – 2027
Evans showed once again that he can produce versus older prospects. He slashes quickly to the hole with determination. He balances his scoring ability with his willingness to dish to teammates. Defenses would be wise not to slack back on Evans around the arc either. He proved he can connect on 3-point jumpers from behind the ball screen or on the kickout. There is plenty of time left for Evans to develop, but he is off to a good start.
