2025 | Franklin Ayissi-Etoh | Rare 1’s
2025 wing Franklin Ayissi-Etoh was a new face for Rare 1’s during the first NCAA Live Period of July and did not disappoint. Ayissi-Etoh went for 26 points on 6 3-pointers in the game. Ayissi-Etoh is able to create space with a quick dribble and high release and was unconcious from deep throughout the game. Ayissi-Etoh showed he could do a lot of things well but his biggest asset is pushing up the court, seeing holes, and getting to those spots for a shot. Ayissi-Etoh’s ability to score in the open court and rise over players to score is going to continue to bring him attention throughout July.
2025 | Tanner Braketa | B&B Basketball
Tanner Baraketa is a play making lead guard who can make plays for himself and his teammates.

2025 guard Tanner Braketa was one of the best players and shot makers in the building during Elite 32. Braketa went for 26 points off 7 3-pointers in the game I saw, proving how deadly his scoring ability can be. Braketa pulled in a sideline full of coaches during this shooting clinique and rarely missed off the catch. Braketa is efficient getting shots off, setting up nicely before the catch. Braketa holds several D1 offers and I anticipate that number to increase following his stellar performance at On the Radar.
2025 | Gabe Jacobs | Warner Robins All-Stars
2025 guard Gabe Jacobs led all scorers with 24 points off 4 made 3-pointers in the overtime win for Warner Robins All-Stars. Jacobs has surreal athleticism and showed he’s a 3-way scorer all weekend. Jacob finds the gaps in the defense and can make defenders pay with his quickness and ability to get downhill in transition. Jacobs has continued to make a name for himself and will be a prospect to track heading into his senior year. A stock riser in the state with a high ceiling.
2025 | Zuo Kpogba | Oklahoma Icons Elite
2025 guard Kuo Kpogba was a new face at On the Radar’s Elite 32 hailing from Oklahoma. At one point close to a 20 point deficit, Kpogba was able to put his team on his back and go for 24 points off 6 made 3-pointers, and finish the game close to a 20 point win. Kpogba was able to score at the top of the key off the trail, hitting several shots dead on from deep. Kpogba also used his length and quickness inside to get passed defenders to score on either sides of the basket. Kpogba is a sleeper and has the ability to be a solid prospect at the next level with his scoring abilities.
2025 | Joshua Lewis | Florida Rebels
2025 guard and USF commit, Joshua Lewis, had an outstanding performance at Elite 32 for the Florida Rebels. Lewis is an uber athletic guard with a high motor and surreal bounce, and uses those skillsets to his advantage. Lewis scored 28 points off 4 made 3-pointers in the win. Lewis was able to get downhill on several occasions and score well above the rim with his ability to elevate. A smooth guard that makes the right reads in the open court and can score it in bunches.
