On the Radar Over the past two years not much was known about Nate Grimes. Grimes, a 6-foot-8 forward did not play organized basketball until his freshman year in high school. The following season he was academically ineligible during his sophomore campaign. Before his junior season Grimes transferred to Desert Pines in Nevada where he was able to help the team reach the Division I-A state semifinals.
