Paul Marte – Hoop Grind – 2028
Paul Marte was a problem all weekend long. The electrifying guard put together a string of dominant performances, capped off with a 22-point outing that highlighted his complete offensive arsenal. Marte consistently broke down defenders with his shifty handle, created separation with ease, and knocked down shots from beyond the arc. His crafty finishes at the rim made him nearly impossible to contain. He was a standout presence every time he stepped on the floor.
Nganga Kinyanjui – GA Canes OTR – 2027
Nganga proved to be an elite scoring threat throughout the weekend, showcasing a complete offensive game that kept defenders on their heels. With a shifty handle and exceptional footwork, he consistently created space and made tough shots look easy. While capable of scoring at all three levels, he was most dangerous in the midrange and when attacking gaps in the defense. He is a player that can just go get a bucket when it is needed. His poise and versatility made him a matchup nightmare for opponents.
Tyler Barnes – Triangle Offense Elite OTR – 2026
Tyler made his presence felt on both ends of the floor all weekend. The high-energy guard brought relentless intensity, proving to be a problem for opposing teams on every possession. Offensively, he was an efficient scorer at all three levels, showing confidence in his shot and control when attacking the basket. Defensively, he set himself apart—applying constant pressure, forcing turnovers, and disrupting the flow of the opposing offense. The energy he brought on defense translated to the rest of his team. His impact went far beyond the stat sheet.
Landon Grundy – Sewer South OTR – 2027
Landon was dominant all weekend, putting together a string of impressive scoring performances that highlighted his versatility on offense. An all-around scorer, he consistently found ways to impact the game at all three levels. He was especially dangerous when getting downhill, using his athleticism and crafty touch to finish through contact and in traffic. He hit big time shots for his team in clutch situations. His ability to adapt and excel in different situations made him a standout throughout the event.
Kameron Bowers – Team Mookie – 2026
Kameron was one of the most dynamic guards on display over the weekend, showcasing elite two-way ability and relentless energy. Offensively, he scored efficiently at all three levels, using his shifty handle to blow past defenders and create space with ease. His ability to control the pace and break down defenses made him nearly unguardable. On the other end, he brought intensity from tip to buzzer—picking up full court and making life difficult for opposing ball-handlers. His high-motor play and all-around impact set the tone all weekend.
