OTR Hoops: The Final Run Circuit Championship Standouts – July 28, 2025

SUWANEE, Ga.—The summer has come to a close from the perspective of grassroots basketball events. On The Radar ended its season with a tournament to crown the Circuit championship.
With trophies and bragging rights on the line, players needed to be locked in and at their best to advance throughout the weekend.
For some, it was an opportunity to put a cap on well-documented seasons. For others, it was a time to cement themselves as late-season breakouts as we get ready to turn the page to the high school season.
Here’s a first look at some of the standout players I saw over the weekend.
By: Josh Tec
Whitfield Bynoe, Sunshine Elite, 2027: Sunshine Elite dominated the 16U division. Whit Bynoe was one of the guys that drove their success. His ability to reliably hit deep shots was on display all weekend. It was an equalizer. If a team went on a run, Bynoe could stifle it with his shooting. He doesn’t lack confidence from the perimeter. He’ll take gutsy shots, but he makes them at an efficient clip. It’s not like he’s just a gunning ball-stopper though. Like the rest of his teammates, Bynoe keeps the ball moving in order to get the most optimal shot in a possession. He has a good feel for how to get advantages in a game.
Bryce Hoffert, Sunshine Elite, 2027: For my money, Sunshine Elite was the standout team of the tournament. Their entire roster had standout performances and moments. 2027 G Bryce Hoffert was consistently great throughout their run to the 16U OTR Circuit championship. He’s just a savvy player on both ends of the floor. Offensively, his passing is what stood out the most. Always on target, seldomly overzealous, Hoffert was able to put his guys in the best situations to score with his distribution. Hoffert is a shooting threat and an opportunistic, smart scorer around the basket. Defensively, he knows where to position himself to best be disruptive.
Kamari Kilgore, Sewer South, 2028: Kilgore was one of the most impressive players I saw regardless of age group. Kilgore led Sewer South to the 15U championship game at the PG spot. He popped as a scorer with his ability to get by defenders and to the rim. Kilgore didn’t just use his burst to score though. He showed that his jumper is something to be taken seriously. He averaged over 20 points per game throughout the weekend, but he balanced his scoring with his distribution well. He has started to establish a name for himself and will be a player evaluators check on throughout the fall and winter.
Anthony Moon, Team Person, 2027: Playing up in the 17U division, 2027 forward Anthony Moon was outstanding on Team Person’s run to the championship. His impact was most felt around the basket as an athletic finisher and as a rebounder. He was a force in both regards. He also showed some perimeter upside by scattering in some made 3-pointers. He’s had a breakout spring and summer and should be a name we hear plenty from throughout the high school season.
Jordan Wiseman, Sewer South, 2027: 2027 G Jordan Wiseman has been nothing short of outstanding for Sewer South 16U from the first weekend of the season to the last. A consistent standout, Wiseman had great moments again throughout the Final Run. He was one of the driving forces behind their final four appearance with his ability to athletically get to the rim and score. That’s when he’s at his best. He’s also routinely shown that he’s not afraid of doing some of the dirty work in a game with rebounding, defense.
