OTR Circuit News: Mansfield In Focus, GA Legacy Prospects Trending – October 1, 2025

The offers continue to roll in for prospects who competed on the OTR Circuit this fall. With high school basketball set to kick off in less than a month, college coaches are looking to get the best prospects available for signing day next month. We also take a deeper look at one of the top prospects in North Georgia.

This summer Gainesville High School senior Quintin Mansfield gave his verbal commitment to Troy University. He ran with the Georgia Canes on the OTR Circuit this summer. His club coach, Donte’ Medlock, had this to say about his time with the Canes:

He made a big impact on our Canes program in a short time, embodying, teamwork, character, and respect. At 6-foot-8, his ability to shoot the three, battle inside, and finish above the rim will be key at Troy University. He has not reached his full potential yet, and I expect great things from him in the years ahead.

Quntin Mansfield is a big and strong forward who has good touch around the basket.

Mansfield has also shown the ability to make shots from the high post or short corner.

News and Notes from the Circuit

Ohio University offered class of 2027 center Kyle Blair of The First Academy (FL). Get the full report on The Sunshine Elite prospect here.

Class of 2026 wing Ralph Doomes III of Wayne County (GA) picked up an offer from Minnesota North College. He played with Gold Elite on the Circuit last summer.

Class of 2026 point guard Nate Robinson of Bethel Christian Academy (GA) received an offer from Guilford College. He played for Georgia Legacy on the Circuit.

Class of 2026 guard Jimmy Neubauer of Ballantyne Ridge HS (NC) received an offer from Messiah University last week. He competed with PSB Elite on the OTR Circuit.

Class of 2026 guard Daniel Stringer of Oviedo High School (FL) received an offer from The University of Southern Maine. He played for the Oviedo Magic this summer.

Class of 2026 guard Luca Fornaro of South Forsyth High School (GA) earned an offer from Guilford College this week. He played for the Georgia Legacy on the OTR Circuit.

Class of 2026 guard Jadarian Kuykendall reports offers from Reinhardt University and Southern Shreveport. He is slated to compete with Next Level Academy this year. He was a member of the 17U OTR Circuit Championship squad, Team Person, this year.
