OTR Hoops: Atlanta Classic Standouts
The Atlanta Classic took over Gwinnett County with some of Georgia's best players and teams gathering for a weekend of high-level hoops. Here are some of the weekend's notable performers:

Kei-Sean Roberts - Jet Academy - 2030
Kei-Sean is one of the top point guards in the class of 2030. He is excellent at decision making, can read a defense like a book, and he’s known for making high level plays. He has a tremendous feel for the game, great ball security, and has a knockdown jumper. Kei is a pick and roll nightmare with a high IQ and he can create his own shot when needed. He has a good assist-to-turnover ratio, can defend well for his size, and he has a strong mid-range pull up. His father Tay and the Decatur Blazers have really built a winning culture, not just in the state but nationally. Kie knows how to win and I look forward to seeing him at South Gwinnett next season.

Tyler Barnes - 4:44- 2027
Ty Shifty gets his name from being one of the shiftiest guards in the state. He is highly proficient at breaking down defenses and getting into the lane and scoring amongst bigs. Ty is amazing at using his speed and quickness, attacking the defense, getting two feet into the paint and making the right play. He is very poised under pressure, doesn’t get rattled and can score in bunches within minutes. He displays toughness, instant offense, and shows quick hands on the defensive end. Tyler also shows up big, under bright lights, in clutch moments.

Seeger Medalie - Atlanta Timberwolves - 2027
Seeger is a great premier scorer. At 6’4” he’s definitely a big guard, knows how to use his size, and that gives him the ability to draw fouls. He is very crafty and has a great skillset. He is great at using slow-to-fast pace to keep defenses uneasy. Seeger is a very strong, physical scoring guard. He can get to any of his spots on the floor, set up teammates, and loves to get downhill and finish through contact. Seeger is also an efficient 3 level scorer.

Dau Yak - Team Smash Pro OTR - 2028
Dau is a 6’9” sharpshooting wing that provides essential floor spacing. He stretches the floor, knows how to find gaps in zone defenses, has a decent handle where he can comfortably put the ball on the floor and create his own shot. He defends well and has nice footwork in the painted area. He is one of the best shooting bigs on the OTR circuit. He is great at analyzing mismatches and taking advantage of smaller or slower defenders.

Vance Wilder Jr. - SDA Miller - 2029
Vance Wilder is primetime! He is very creative, highly impactful with the ball in his hands, and often looking to score. He is one of the best scorers in his class. He has elite, shifty ball handling skills. He can light it up from outside, a good live-dribble passer, has a nice floater and converts tough finishes at the rim. Vance started as a freshman on the Tucker High basketball team and he’s looking to have a breakout sophomore year.

Wayne Al-Ayyah - Tier 2 Elite - 2029
Wayne is an absolute bucket. He is an explosive scorer, makes tough finishes at the rim, and he’s a very reliable playmaker. Wayne has amazing pace, a crafty handle and doesn’t back down in clutch moments. He shows toughness and has a great IQ on the defensive end. Wayne has great maturity for his age, reliable and keeps his mistakes to a minimum. Wayne uses his skilled handle to maintain control in tight spaces.

Lorenzo McCorvey - Team Scoot - 2027
Lorenzo is a very dynamic, huge, 6.6” floor general. The kid has ‘it”. He is an elite all around player. He can generate steals and points in bursts, highly efficient in transition, and loves to play above the rim. With his nice handle he can easily create scoring opportunities for himself and others. Lorenzo is very efficient and loves to fill the stat sheet. He has next level versatility and changes games with his intangibles. He can guard multiple positions, and shoots it well off the ball, and he’s almost unstoppable once he gets downhill.

Nigel Broome - Georgia Canes - 2027
Nigel is a game changer and a very creative passer. He is good at drawing fouls and has tremendous quickness that helps him get paint touches. He shows great leadership and makes his teammates better. He has high level anticipation and quick hands on the defensive end. Nigel is great in pick and roll making the correct reads in those scenarios and he is very effective attacking the basket.

Dylan Johnson - Bo Bell Elite - 2029
Dylan is an all around complete player. Dylan is an offensive alpha. He has a great understanding of the game, plays with pace and space, scores the ball efficiently and plays winning basketball. He is one of the best two way players in his class. He gets better and better throughout the game. Dylan shows that he is coachable and makes great in game adjustments.

Jaden McCullough - Georgia Stars - 2028
Jaden is an elite, athletic, playmaking floor general. He has high level intangibles, he can be a very dynamic all-around scorer. Jaden is an elite perimeter defender. He can also create for himself off the dribble or get paint touches and make the correct reads. Jaden is great at turning defense into offense, getting steals and showcasing his highlight dunk packages. He has the ability to play off the ball and will definitely be a lob threat with his amazing vertical leaping ability.
