The On the Radar Hoops Breakout Camp featured a group of slashers and attackers who consistently got downhill, created advantages, and finished through contact. Below is a look at the players who stood out in those roles from the notes.

Ashton Burt | Hebron Christian | 6'4" | 2029

Burt earned a great reputation this year while competing with PnP on the 15U OTR Circuit. His game is an all-around one. He will defend, handle, and look to score. In a gym full of elite prospects, Burt looked comfortable making plays. His 6-foot-4 frame is well suited for this caliber of competition. He stood out during the camp by turning the corner with the drive and sticking the midrange shot. Expect him to make some noise with the Lions at Hebron Christian this year.

Kyle Millington | North Oconee High School | 6'0" | 2029

Millington is a promising guard who is comfortable attacking the lane with both hands. When he got into the lane he was confident finishing around defenders who tried to block his shot. This was a solid showing from the sophomore this month. We will keep track of his progress with the Titans this season.

Cam Benford | Gainesville High School | 6'3" | 2029

Benford showed a world of promise at this camp. His size and strength were highlighted in game play as he impacted the game in a number of ways. His aggressiveness with the drive was hard for defenders to contain. He finished versus contact and was able to show a smooth pull-up jumper in the midrange. We like how Benford did not float around the perimeter merely looking for scoring opportunities. He was engaged on the glass as well.

Blake Bazile | Grayson High School | 6'4" | 2029

Bazile is a prospect with a lot of potential. He should fit right in with Coach Geoffrey Pierce’s Rams this year. He has great size that matches his athleticism and strength. He stood out as a play finisher at the rim. His ability to turn the corner with the drive is tough for defenders to match up with.

Chase Wilson | Kipp | 6'1" | 2029

Wilson is a player with a game that has legs. He showed shooting range in this setting. But he also caught our eye with his attacking ability off the dribble. He proved to be effective taking contact in the lane and finishing at the rim.

Zaiden Nelson | Peach County High School | 6'1" | 2029

Nelson earned a lot of words in our notes during the camp. He is a high-energy player who mixes it up on both ends. He is all over the court as a defender and a slasher. He has a lot of utility given his ability to produce in several different positions on the court. His ability to get to the paint off the drive and make plays will allow him to play a role for Peach County this season.

Duke Howell | Norcross High School | 6'1" | 2029

Howell made a name for himself coming out of the Breakout Camp. He was one of the most effective playmakers at the camp. His athleticism combined with his poise with the ball allows him to finish consistently. His pull-up jumper in the midrange should not be overlooked here. He has touch and timing when elevating to score.

Jayden Spencer | Langston Hughes High School | 6'3" | 2029

Spencer was aggressive in transition as a lead ball handler. His size combined with his ball skill in the open court allowed him to spotlight his talents. We like the profile of his game. He has size and versatility that will translate to the winter months.

Shane Collins | Norcross High School | 6'5" | 2030

Collins emerged as a star after this camp. He has ideal size and athleticism on the wing. His offensive game is versatile and varied. He can drain the open 3-pointer or he can finish with dunks in the paint. His footwork is the skill that should be mentioned here. His ability to gain angles to score rather than attacking only in straight lines is key for the freshman.

Cadin Watts | Woodward Academy | 6'0" | 2030

Watts proved himself in this elite setting. He proved he was confident with his jumper both off the catch and on the step-back. He also showed he can turn the corner against aggressive defenders and make plays in traffic. We noted his willingness to keep his eyes open and kick to open shooters when the help rotated to his attack.

Jacobi Footman | Stockbridge | 6' | 2029

Footman is a dynamic scorer. He can score the ball with jumpers from the perimeter, or he can attack the lane with the drive. He acts as a primary attacker in the half court. His athleticism and quickness are difficult for defenders to match. Do not expect this to be the last mention of Footman’s game.
