2028 | Abu Jallow | Kennesaw Mountain
2028 6’6″ F Abu Jallow continues to impress each time out on the court. Jallow moves well with the ball inside, adding a nice touch and feel around the basket. Young prospect with a high ceiling, that is continually developing his ball handling and shooting. Protects the rim on defense and finds his guards for quick outlet passes or takes it up himself.
2028 | Bryson Jatta | Hillgrove
2028 G Bryson Jatta was the consensus MPV of this years Breakout Camp. Jatta was attacking his defenders; getting downhill and finishing at the rim or around the basket. Highly confident guard that makes the right reads and can just as easily knock it down from 15′ out. Highly athletic, bouncy guard that can do it all on the court. Had some nice assists as well, finding his teammates and dishing it out at the perfect time. Shot blocker on defense and get sin the passing lanes for steals. Early D1 offers from Clark Atlanta, Kennesaw State, and Georgia State. Big time stock riser in the 2028 class.
2029 | Austin Leonard | Grayson
2029 6’3″ G Austin Leonard was one of a handful of freshman who stood out playing against mostly older opponents. Leonard does well handling the basketball; can get downhill in a hurry and score it in a variety of ways. Protects the ball as he attacks and knows how to position his body against bigger opponents. Proved to be a knockdown scorer off the catch outside the perimeter or at the mid-range.
2028 | Sean Lopez | TSF
2028 G Sean Lopez continues to show he’s one of the best shooters in his class. Lopez had a strong travel season and was continually mentioned as a standout with his shooting abilities. Lopez also showed he’s versatile by getting to the mid-range off the dribble or scoring off soft touches or lay-ups at the basket. Lopez understands where he needs to be without the ball and moves well with while preparing for the pass. Sound footwork and release.
2028 | Shemar Madden | Langston Hughes
2028 G Shemar Madden is a sleeper in the 2028 class. Does all the small things well, and is a high energy player that can dominate. Madden does well in transition, finding his way to the basket or at the rim. Bouncy prospect that plays both ends of the ball well. Fast, quick and high IQ prospect that plays a step ahead.
2028 | Jordi Musafari | Wilson Academy
2028 SF Jordi Musafari was a new name mentioned frequently at the Breakout Camp. Musafari does well chasing the ball, whether providing rim protection on defense or following missed shots offensively. Musafari cleans up boards, jumping off two feet and using both hands to secure rebounds. For a young prospect, Musafari showed he had the fundamentals down, which made him that much more intriguing. Will be a prospect to continue to track. High ceiling big that dominates.
2029 | Zaiden Nelson | Central Fellowship Christian
2029 G Zaiden Nelson was another freshman who showed he could take over games. Nelson scored most of his points at the basket, either by getting by defenders for crafty finishes or two handed dunks. Nelson is confident with the ball, directing traffic or finding his teammates in transition. High motor guard that makes plays on both ends of the court.
