OTR Hoops: Power 24 Standout Performances (Hillsman) – July 22, 2025

Marietta, GA– The On the Radar Elite Power 24 was the last Live Period event of the summer for travel basketball. Coaches from multiple levels and conferences attended multiple gyms taking notes and following up on prospects. Here is a look at the players in the 2026 class that stood out across the three-day event.

By: Joel Hillsman

2026 Levi Ball (Middleton Elite EYCL); Ball has a well-rounded game overall. He defends, rebounds, moves well without the ball, communicates, and can score in a variety of ways. Ball plays with confidence and led Middleton Elite EYCL to a 4-1 mark in the event. It was not our first time seeing Ball this summer, about 3 weeks apart. In the two games we observed Ball was a factor in all of them averaging 13ppg with multiple rebounds and, impacting the game in multiple areas. Ball has good upside.

2026 Clayton Everette Jr. (Middleton Elite EYCL); Everette Jr is a long-armed guard that will give opponents fits with his length on defense. He stays in the passing lanes and is always looking to start the break from defense. The enthusiastic point guard averaged 13.5ppg with multiple steals, good guard rebounding and assists.

2026 CJ Britt (Redline Elite 2026) Britt had a breakout weekend in the two games we observed. He averaged 20.5ppg and connected on seven three-pointers. Britt’s 25 points (19 points in the 2H and OT) with four three-pointers and hitting the shot that forced OT to stave off a massive effort from his opponent stood out the most. Britt is a gritty player that is always around the ball, always getting on the floor for the 50/50 balls and works hard on the defensive end.

2026 Landon Lee (Redline Elite 2026); Lee can shoot the cover off the basketball. Over two games we covered he connected on 11 three-pointers while averaging 27 points in those two games, both close wins. Hand in face or on top of screens it does not matter, Lee knows how to swish the basketball from distance. His movement off the ball is elite and his catch and shoot release is surgical. Lee also wrecks havoc on the defensive end by being a pest and is always willing to get up in his opponents’ face constantly.

2026 Marcus Bowden (AOT EYCL 17U) Bowden is a hard-playing impactful hybrid. He hits the glass, runs the floor well, can hit from the perimeter and attacks the basket via the drive from multiple areas of the floor. Bowden is just tough, plays physical basketball and does not care about his opponent’s feelings in between the lines. He is constantly contesting shots while using active hands to disrupt the opponent’s offense. In two games we observed he averaged 13.5 points and 6 rebounds and countless “I want it more than you” plays.

2026 Calvin Thompson (Florida Pro 17U); Do not leave him open. This is a sharpshooter. To put it into context we observed two games, and he connected on 10 three-pointers and averaged 15 points in those games. Off the catch, off the move, off the dribble, contested or not contested, when Thompson is shooting from deep it is going to find the bottom of the net.

2026 Chase Lumpkin (AOT EYCL 17U); As we continue to track Lumpkin, he continues to show growth in his game. He can fill it up when needed or he can set others up when needed. Lumpkin plays with an outstanding pace-never in a hurry, and within the flow of the offense. In one game he tallied 17 points and dropped in four three-pointers. While on the bench he picked the mind of Ace Bailey-this year’s 5th overall pick in the NBA Draft, who was in attendance to support his former travel program. Lumpkin’s overall game is shaping up nicely and a prospect that has a bright future.

2026 Jasen Francillon (Judah Nation); Francillon made the most noise with a 48-point effort in a tough overtime loss to Redline Elite 2026. 48 points to go with 18 rebounds, but the key was his shooting efficiency going 18/25 from the field. In the two games we observed he averaged 35ppg and at least 13.5 rebounds. Scores in a variety of ways. He can hit from the perimeter, draws and plays through and finishes with contact (had multiple And 1s), can score off the catch, in the paint and off the dribble. On the defensive end he is aggressive and alters and blocks shots. Passion and business exude from Francillon.

2026 Eli Konkler (Inspire Elite) Konkler is a slashing wing that can score at the basket and from the outside. He possesses good length to be a disruptor on the defensive end and runs the floor well. He led a balanced offensive attack for Inspire Elite out of the DMV that went 5-0 in the event. Konkler averaged 12.5 points with a number of steals, deflections, rebounds, played under control and with confidence in the games we observed.

2026 Jeromy Davis Jr (Georgia Stars EYCL) Davis Jr. is a bouncy athletic wing that takes no mercy on the rim. He attacks the basket, draws contact, finishes through it and it consistent from the foul line when getting there. Davis Jr. is a good shooter from beyond the arc as he connected on five three-pointers from multiple spots on the floor in a tough loss finishing with 25 point and averaged 20 points in games we observed. He is active on defense and uses his athleticism to get rebounds and alter/block shots.

2026 Jakobi Sharp (Georgia Stars EYCL); Sharp is a sound guard that can fill it up on cue or play lockdown defense. Sharp conducts the offense at his pace and uses his body below the foul line to his advantage. Take away the drive and he will break out the long ball as he displayed in a 31-point effort where he swished in five-three-pointers. Sharp is always the aggressor and keeps the defense guessing. His quickness to go with his body makes it difficult for opponents’ possession after possession.
