OTR Hoops: Run for the Cup Florida Standouts Part 2 – May 19, 2025

The Run for the Cup hits the Sunshine State for the first time as On the Radar Hoops scouts are on site at the Seminole Sports Academy in Longwood, which is 30 minutes northeast of Orlando. Here are the individuals who stood out on Day 2 of the event.
By: Ross Van De Griek
2028 6-1 SG Jakobe Fleming (Above The Line Elite)
Fleming played a well-rounded game during the 8:00 a.m. game on Sunday, where he was a scrappy guard on the defensive end as he was applying constant pressure on the opposing guards and was a pest when it came to being in the passing lanes. On the offensive end, Fleming did a great job getting to his spots, scoring on all three levels as well as playing with a knack of unselfishness, getting his teammates involved, whether it was off the dribble or catch.
2025 6-3 SF Bryce Hinson (Pure Passion)
Hinson is coming off an impressive outing on Saturday, where he had an even better outing on Sunday against Black Sheep Elite, exploding for a game-high 49 points on six made 3-pointers as well as knocking down the game-winning free throw with 0.5 seconds left to seal a 1-point win. He also did a great job when it came to absorbing contact and finishing around the front of the rim and made a major impact for his team every time his team needed him.
2027 5-7 SG Isaiah Owes (Rise & Grind Elite OTR)
Owes is a confident floor general as well as a three-level scorer on the offensive end, where, despite the loss to Team Just Ball, Owes finished with a team-high 30 points and went 5-of-7 from behind the arc. Defensively, his size doesn’t define how scrappy he is and plays with purpose, which allows him to be more confident and made things difficult for opposing guards.
2027 6-0 SG Keyon Wright (Team Speights Elite)
The 6-0 rising junior guard plays with a ton of intensity once he steps onto the floor, as well as playing with contagious energy on both ends of the floor. On the offensive end, he has a smooth handle as well as builds more confidence in his jump shot, which is effective off the catch as well as the bounce. He also had some tough finishes at the front of the rim throughout the day on Sunday.
2026 6-3 SG Jaden Lindsay (Team TMac)
The 6-3 rising senior combo guard did a great job when it came to playing with poise and patience on the offensive end, where he not only can create his scoring chances, but also creates for his teammates. On the defensive end, his length and athleticism allowed him to have a great feel for the passing lanes, which caused steals and deflections, which led to scores on the other end.
2028 6-0 CG Kyree Oliver (Team Speights Elite)
The 6-0 rising sophomore guard is a lead guard who did a great job when it came to creating scoring chances, not just for himself but getting his teammates involved as well. In a 20-point win over Seminole Hoops, Oliver finished with a team-high 25 points and was very confident when it came to scoring on all three levels.
2025 6-7 PF Orvill “Bebbo” Ortiz (Bounce Back Athletics)
Ortiz was an absolute beast on the interior, whether it was scoring off put-backs or doing most of his work around the rim on the offensive end. On the defensive end, Ortiz used his length and frame, guarding multiple positions, challenging the opposition into taking tough shots on all three levels. He also did a great job when it came to crashing the boards and making strong, crisp passes to the guards, and often found himself at the front of the rim.
