Standouts for the B2BN All-American Camp (Class of 2033, 2034, & 2035)

Lawrenceville, Georgia – Camp season continues as Born 2 Ball Nation hosted their annual All-American Camp on October 4th and 5th at Central Gwinnett High School. This year’s camp featured 150+ players from class of 2029-2035 across the southeast. Two day’s of games allowed prospects to showcase their talents with sidelines and baselines filled of media, photographers, and videographers. This will be a 3-part series featuring some of the top standouts from camp.

2035 | Zyan Hill
2035 Zyan Hill has a way of making the game look easy for his age. Hill stays on the attack, getting downhill for lay-ups or step-back jumpers in the mid-range. Has a sound game that makes plays for himself and his teammates.
2035 | Ajani Howard
2035 Ajani Howard does well being an effective floor general for his size. Howard is aggressive, consistently seeking the basketball and finding his teammates in transition. Keeps his head up and his eyes down court for easy plays. Smart, high IQ guard that can shoot it from behind the arc.
2033 | Jacob Hunter
2033 Jacob Hunter is a prospect who can score the ball from just about anywhere on the court. Hunter is aggressive to get down hill and score through contact. Does well running rim to rim without the ball and locks up defensively. Understands how to score the basketball with angels and leveraging his body to get around defenders.
2033 | Wysten Mopa
2033 Wysten Mopa is a crafty wing that makes the right plays. Mopa is a mature guard that uses his height, length, and speed to get past his defenders to score the ball. Mopa plays with a high motor and tempo on both ends; constantly fighting for the ball and making plays. Defensively, Mopa stays engaged with his opponents, getting into the passing lanes. Mopa had multiple steals by staying active and scoring quickly on the opposite end.
2034 | Maddox Nguyen
2034 Maddox Nguyen is a young prospect who has put in the work to understand timing. Nguyen utilized his high IQ of the game to add hesitation moves and fake outs to get to the basket to score. Crafty, shifty player that was highly effective on both ends of the court.
2033 | LJ Oden
2033 LJ Oden is one of the better shot maker in his class. Oden had several games coming up with big time baskets and helping to clean up inside. Oden stays active on the boards and fights for second chance opportunities. Aggressive prospect that can score from just about anywhere on the court.
2033 | Kamden Orr
2033 Kamden Orr is one of the most competitive prospects I’ve seen, regardless of age or class. Orr wants to compete at a high level and plays the game with authority. Orr is selfless with the basketball and makes the right plays for his team. Orr plays with speed and quickness on both ends of the ball; disrupting his opponents movements and creating opportunities in transition.
2034 | Benjamin Raymond II
2034 Benjamin Raymond II quickly stood out by showing he court score it for a big. Raymond has the strength and size that is hard to stop once he gets going down hill. Raymond stepped outside on multiple occasions, scoring it from 15’+ out. Raymond has nice handles for his size and is confident going from baseline to baseline with the ball.
2033 | Gavin Weddington
2033 Gavin Weddington was the muscle for his team that did well bulldozing his defenders to the rim. Weddington does well keeping his head up and staying alert on both ends to make plays. From blocks and steals to using his strength backing his opponents inside, Weddington proved to be hard to stop on the court. Cleaned up nicely inside and finished plays through contact.
