MARIETTA, Georgia - On the Radar Hoops and Southern Hoops Report partnered for their Fall Jamboree last weekend at Next Play 360 Sports. High school teams played two exhibition games against quality competition, in front of media. It was a tune-up before the season and a look at who is ready to be tracked. Here are six available seniors college coaches should follow this winter.

Josh Schulze – Woodstock – 2027

Woodstock finished with a 25-4 record last season after winning Region 6 in Class AAAAA. This season they bump up a class, but we do not expect to see their production dip as a result. Senior forward Schulze returns as a key piece of Coach Eric Blair’s plan for the Wolverines. He is a 6-foot-7 forward with inside-out versatility. We watched him pivot and glide through traffic for finishes last weekend. Players with size and motor will always earn the attention of college coaches. Expect a big season for Schulze and the Wolverines this season.

Zay’Quon Nunley – Winder-Barrow – 2027

Coach Travis McDaniel is rebuilding after graduating the most successful class in school history. He has pieces to work with, including the 6-foot-10 Nunley, who has shown growth this off-season. As the adage goes, “you can’t teach height.” Nunley has more than length. He has footwork, agility, and a frame that can fill out with time in the weight room. He likely will not be a primary scorer this season, but he can protect the rim and rebound. That is an anchor the Doggs can build around

Nganga Kinyanjui – North Cobb – 2027

Kinyanjui is fun to watch. He has a natural balance to his game. He plays in an effortless way, while still being explosive at times. He shoots the ball well from the perimeter while also having the ability to turn the corner with the ball in his hands. He and teammate Kamari Kilgore looked to have good chemistry with one another. Either can be a lead guard or play off the ball if necessary. That type of cohesion will be critical for Marcus Spivey in his first year at North Cobb.

Landon Grundy – Hillgrove – 2027

Hillgrove is poised for a big season this year. Grundy is slotted to play a critical role for Coach Moultrie and the Hawks this season. Grundy will make it hard for defenses to focus solely upon Asa Montgomery. Grundy’s shooting range and instinct to attack the bucket will keep the defense honest. He has garnered interest from an array of colleges this season. His performance at the GBCA Live Period event and his showings with Sewer South have been consistent this year. Schools such as Clark Atlanta, Kentucky Wesleyan, Young Harris, Tampa, and King University have all extended offers to him.

Peyton Moore – Carrollton – 2027

Moore caught our eye with versatility on Saturday afternoon. The 6-foot-5 shooting guard moves well within the half-court offense. He also showed some post-up work that usually does not show up with kids with his profile. He is not a player who likes to hover around the arc and wait for the next 3-pointer to hoist. Instead he can hunt a shot in traffic and take advantage of smaller defenders as he weaves within the offense. He has reported offers from LaGrange, South Arkansas, and Vermont State in recent months. College coaches are seeing his production as well.

Alex Butts – Southwest Macon – 2027

Butts is an underrated talent. His physical gifts combined with his fundamentals make him a promising next-level prospect. Many top guards in the state are 6-foot and below. Butts is 6-foot-5 and he can do many of the same things that smaller guards can do. He has an instinct for scoring, he can distribute in the half court, and he is not allergic to defense. College coaches looking for a player with upside should start with Butts.
