Earlier this month, On the Radar Hoops published its list of Georgia’s Top 20 Combo Guards Regardless of Class. This week’s Film Room takes a closer look at four names from that group by putting the evaluations next to the film. Two of them — Jarvis Hayes Jr. and Justin Wise — have committed to Georgia.

Jarvis Hayes Jr. – Woodward Academy – 2027

Hayes Jr. committed to Georgia earlier this month. He is the No. 1 shooting guard and the No. 38 overall prospect nationally in the 2027 class according to the 247Sports Composite. The 6-foot-5 wing is long and athletic. He is at his best in transition, where his size and speed create problems. He rebounds well for his position and defends with length. His improved jumper can be game-changing. He is set for a big senior season at Woodward Academy.

Justin Wise – North Oconee – 2027

Wise also committed to Georgia. He is ranked No. 5 among shooting guards and No. 54 overall nationally in the 2027 class, according to 247Sports. The 6-foot-3 guard has a smooth, repeatable stroke and can shoot it with a hand in his face. He moves well without the ball and can create his own shot. He finishes through contact and has a good feel for the game. Wise is ready for another strong season with the Titans.

Xion Evans – Best Academy – 2027

Evans has been one of the most consistent scorers on the OTR Circuit with All Georgia Elite. He is a well-rounded scorer who finishes through contact and can create his own shot. The 6-foot-3 guard is set for a big senior season with the Eagles at Best Academy.

Qua Watson – Central Gwinnett – 2027

Watson finished the summer on a heater with Only1Elite. He put up multiple high-scoring games and showed the ability to create off the bounce. The 6-foot-4 guard is ready for a strong senior year with the Black Knights at Central Gwinnett.
