2024 6’0 Ameer Ramadan

The OCP PG never fails to impress me, if you’re familiar with Florida basketball then you know this guard and his diverse skill set. Great attitude and effort on both sides of the floor. Ameer is a capable shooter showing a more constant jumper than in years past.  Ball handling, defensive energy, and high IQ make this young man stand out from the crowd. This is one of the most underrated prospects in Florida’s 2024 class.

2024 6’6 Elyjah Freeman

This is the second tournament I’ve watched Freeman play in. The 6-foot-6 wing is a large part of Wellington’s success on the travel circuit this season. He boasts a reliable midrange pull up game, might be one of the best I’ve seen this spring. Freeman is a capable ball handler, at times showing his ability to break down the defender and get to the basket. I expect his stock to climb as we continue through the summer.

2024 6’0 Reggie Reinhardt

I’ve watched Reggie play since his freshman travel season, this young man has remained dominant since then. His game has continued to improve into what looks to be a polished PG for the stacked Wellington squad. The first thing you’ll notice is his frame, he’s built like a truck. He’s moved well into his spot with the Wolves, showing he can not only score in bunches but be the facilitator they need to continue their breakout travel season. Reggie Is a do it all guard that doesn’t take plays off.

2024 7’0 Jackson Roberts

The IMG academy big man played for two teams this weekend and didn’t miss a beat. His development at IMG has been astounding, showing off new post moves and footwork. Roberts is an absolute paint presence and works well off the pick and roll. I’ve seen Jackson stretch the floor and shoot the 3 with great form on occasion. I expect this prospect’s growth to continue as he plays with Judah Nation throughout the spring/summer season.

2024 6’0 Derek McCray

McCray was the best shooter I watched in the gym this weekend. Knocking down 8 3’s one game including a buzzer beater to give his team the win.  He shot with absolute confidence with 7 of his 8 3s coming off the dribble. He displayed a solid handle and loves to push the ball in transition. This young man’s confidence is on another level. Look for McCray to have a big senior season.
