OTR Hoops: Who Wants the Smoke – Biggest Stockerisers (Rickers) – May 14, 2024

OTR returned to Atlanta this weekend for ‘Who Wants The Smoke?’ and the talent pool was once again loaded with prospects for all levels. Here, we break down some of the biggest stock risers from the event.

Sean Morgan – 2025 – Team Person

Sean Morgan stole the show at WWTS, proving to be one of the best volume scorers in attendance. He had multiple outings with 35+ points and in one game, posted 23 in the first half. Morgan’s ability to shoot the ball is in a class of its own. He’s got crazy range and takes a lot of tough shots but still manages to knock them down at a high clip. Morgan is creative with his handle too, able to navigate traffic and get to his spots. Currently holds offers from UCF, USF, and Alabama A&M.

Ramadan Law – 2025 – Team Dickerson

Ramadan Law broke onto the scene this weekend and garnered interest from multiple OTR scouts. The Team Dickerson guard has a quick first step and some serious bounce around the rim. Several times, we watched him drive baseline and take off for two-hand slams over the defense. Law provided Team Dickerson with a go-to scoring option and he carried the load for most of the weekend. Law still has lots of room to develop and his athleticism alone sets the ceiling high.

Fallou Dioum – 2025 – All Georgia Elite

We didn’t get to see much of Fallou Dioum throughout the winter, but he showed us the many strides he’s made this weekend. Dioum is 6’10 and has grown much more physical since the last time I saw him in the fall. He was effortlessly moving defenders out of the way and working to make himself available in the post. Dioum also provided some solid rim protection and production on the glass. Dioum’s size alone will earn him looks and if he can put some polish on the low post game, he could be a very enticing big man prospect.

Trecori Green – 2026 – Cam Sports South

Trecori Green made a name for himself this weekend and added to the buzz that’s building in Lee County. Green is a physical forward that likes to throw his body around but he’s also skilled when it comes to shooting the ball and finishing contested layups. On Saturday, I watched Green takeover a game in the final minutes. He scored 7 straight points to end the game including the go-ahead layup. Green is certainly one to keep an eye on down at Lee County.

Evan Toms – 2027 – Game Elite

Evan Toms had a great weekend in Atlanta, anchoring the interior for Game Elite and leading them to two wins over 16u teams. Offensively, Toms can impact the game in a number of ways. He was effective in the pick and roll, scored it well from the low post, and cleaned the glass as well. Toms also showed the ability to stretch the floor and knock down the open three-ball. The 6’8 Huntsville product is one to track in the 2027 class and should garner D1 interest down the road.
