Height: 6’2

Position: Wing

Laney High School made a statement in the Nike Explosion in an early season match up. Junior wing Christian Keeling was a standout this fall at our Georgia Challenge Showcase. Saturday Keeling made several key plays in the second half to help the Wildcats defeat Pebblebrook High School.

Keeling is a strong and physical scorer. He can get to the rim in transition as well as in the half court. He simply power drives through defenders where he can finish at a high rate or draw the foul. Keeling also can make mid range shots off the catch or dribble. Defensively, he is a very good on-the-ball defender as he gets low in his stance, works to pressure the ball, and moves well laterally.
