OTR CIRCUIT: Tough Games and Rising Prospects - April 7, 2026

SUWANEE, Georgia — On the Radar Hoops partnered with Hoop Seen to host the Main Event at Suwanee Sports Academy. The tournament provided OTR Circuit teams an excellent opportunity to compete against some of the top programs across the Southeast. Our media team was on hand courtside, gathering insights directly from the coaches. In this edition, we highlight the notable games from the weekend along with the rising performers who are making strong impressions on the circuit.

17U

All Georgia Elite (OTR)

Notable Game: All Georgia Elite faced the EYBL Peach Jam champions from the 2028 class. Xion Evans scored 25 points and grabbed 6 rebounds, while Dominion Bunch displayed a strong motor against a top-75 national player. The team suffered a 63-43 loss, but the game served as a valuable measuring stick that showed the players, they can compete at the highest level.

Rising Performer: Dominion Bunch

Atlanta Panthers OTR

Notable Game: Atlanta Panthers defeated Elevate Huskies OTR by a score of 65-48. The game remained tightly contested until Atlanta Panthers forced several turnovers late in the second half and pulled away for the victory.

Crimson Kings

Rising Performer: Cayden Snead

Devin Butts Elite Culpepper

Notable Game: Devin Butts Elite Culpepper lost by 10 points to Atlanta Express. The matchup was important because the team faced several top Power 5 prospects. Jaylen Nelson led the team with 27 points, scoring effectively at all three levels.

Rising Performer: Jaylen Nelson

Elevate Huskies

Notable Game: Chase Daniels hit a game-winning and-1 three-pointer as time expired. He finished the game with 20 points.

Rising Performer: Bryant Swanson averaged 8 points, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 4 rebounds over the past two OTR tournaments.

Griffin Grasshoppers Elite

Notable Game: Due to Easter weekend, Griffin Grasshoppers Elite played with a limited roster. Keelan Day and Leson Nelson carried the scoring load and each averaged between 13 and 15 points per game. The absences of other players affected the team’s overall performance.

Rising Performer: Charles Lewis (6’7 forward, Class of 2027)

Gwinnett Eagles OTR

Notable Games: Gwinnett Eagles OTR played a strong game against Cereal Killers but fell short on a late comeback attempt after trailing 28-14 at halftime. The team also earned a hard-fought victory against Atlanta Kings in a gritty matchup.

Rising Performer: Justin Wallaston (#4)

HWPO HOOPS OTR

Notable Games: HWPO HOOPS OTR battled Atl Xpress 2028 and GA Stars 2028 in important games that helped prepare the team for the May and July circuits. The team stayed within one possession in the second half of both contests. These games taught the players the importance of consecutive defensive stops and efficient shot-making at this level. Brandon Bell and Damani Corley made key plays on both ends of the floor.

Rising Performer: Bryce Jenkins consistently brings effort, discipline, and a team-first mindset on both ends of the court. His offensive production continues to rise.

Notable Game: No notable game was submitted.
Rising Performers: Rance Mckenzie and Collin Young

Team Dickerson Black

Notable Game: Team Dickerson Black defeated Griffin Grasshoppers 60-40. The victory showcased the team’s defensive strength and set a positive tone for the entire weekend. Ramadan Law and Jude Ware were among the top performers.

Rising Performer: Ramadan Law

Team Gold Coast 17

Notable Game: Team Gold Coast 17 faced AE5 3SSB in a game that demonstrated the team’s ability to compete at the highest level.

Top Performers: Donovan Swain scored 18 points, Santana Henderson added 18 points (3-for-6 from three), Gavin Reed contributed 15 points with 4 assists and 4 rebounds, and Brandon Pitts scored 11 points. Tristan Sylvera recorded 10 rebounds.

Rising Performer: Ethan Jeanlouis (6’7 forward with a D1 offer)

Team Person 17u Red

Notable Game: Team Person 17u Red defeated Atlanta Express 49-33. Ayden Thomas recorded a well-rounded performance with 14 points, 10 assists, 5 steals, and 6 rebounds.

Rising Performer: Ayden Thomas

Thunder Select

Notable Game: Thunder Select played a bounce-back game after suffering a tough overtime loss by one point. The team came together as a unit and secured a big victory. Adding the right pieces helped the squad improve its chemistry and move forward.

Rising Performer: Caleb Cooper

TWU 2027 OTR

Notable Game: TWU 2027 OTR defeated Gold Coast 2028 OTR by a score of 59-50. Patrick Blanchard led the team with 19 points. Ben Hutchinson contributed 14 points, 4 assists, 5 rebounds, and 6 steals. Alex Jean Charles scored 13 points and remained one of the team’s most consistent performers with strong rebounding. Reece Styles averaged a double-double for the weekend with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

16U

HWPO HOOPS OTR

Notable Game: HWPO HOOPS OTR played a back-and-forth game against GA Stars 2029 that came down to the final possession.

Rising Performers: Ryan Bell is an elite shooter with a smooth stroke, deep range, and high basketball IQ. Liam Erawoc is an athletic, high-effort player who excels at hustle plays, defense, and makes smart decisions that impact winning.

Lessons Learned Elite

Notable Game: No notable game was submitted.
Rising Performers: Darrian Edwards, Adam Johnson, and Elijah Woods

Team Gold Coast

Notable Game: Team Gold Coast suffered a narrow 37-39 loss to AJ Bouye (P32). Jaris Anacreon Jr. played fearlessly and hit several tough shots down the stretch, finishing with 11 points and 6 rebounds.

Rising Performer: Jaris Anacreon Jr. (widely considered underrated)

15U

Everything Earned Elite

Notable Games: Everything Earned Elite had a strong weekend with several convincing wins. In one game, the team defeated AJ Bouye P32 by a score of 51-42. Jayvion Sharrod led the way with 16 points, and three other players scored double figures. Damon Flint sealed the victory with a highlight-reel slam dunk. In another contest, the team won 56-26 against Atlanta Express 2030. Eighth-grader Caden Keys (Class of 2030) led the team in minutes and knocked down multiple three-pointers. The team also defeated Team Chosen 58-33, led by Damon Flint with 18 points, Kingston Allen with 15 points, and Caiden Stanley with 13 points. Jayvion Sherrod added momentum-shifting dunks. In their final game, Everything Earned Elite won 48-37. Damon Flint scored approximately 20 points, Kingston Allen hit several deep three-pointers, and Jayvion Sherrod finished the first half with an aggressive put-back.

Flo Elite OTR

Notable Game: Flo Elite OTR defeated the previously undefeated Team Person by a score of 53-42. Micah Joyner led the way with 21 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 steals. Robert Adams added 13 points and 5 rebounds, while Ernest Townswell contributed 4 points, 11 rebounds, and 2 steals.

Rising Performers: Micah Joyner averaged 18.6 points, 5.3 rebounds, 6.7 assists, and shot 55.3% from the field over the weekend. Robert Townswell (6’5) gives opposing teams problems in the paint with his length and rebounding ability.

Gwinnett Eagles OTR

Notable Games: Gwinnett Eagles OTR played a strong game against Cereal Killers but came up short on a comeback attempt after trailing 28-14 at halftime. The team also earned a gritty victory over Atlanta Kings.

Ryders Basketball

Notable Game: Ryders Basketball defeated iDBA 52-46 in a heated local rivalry between two programs from the same county. After a slow start and a five-game skid, the team pulled away in the second half to finish the weekend 3-0 and gain valuable momentum heading into Carolina Mania. Amir Ali scored 17 points while attacking at all three levels and creating for teammates. Quamarion Aldred added 13 points, dominated in transition, rebounded effectively, and defended the opponent’s best players.

Rising Performer: 6’1 PG Amir Ali from Hills Academy (Conyers, GA)

Wood Elite

Notable Game: Wood Elite defeated Team S.M.A.S.H. by a score of 58-57.
Rising Performer: CJ Jackson
