West Charlotte capped off their season in dramatic fashion, defeating Hoggard on a game-winning layup with 0.6 seconds remaining. In a tightly contested matchup throughout, both teams exchanged momentum runs, with neither side able to fully separate.

The game opened with high intensity as both teams pushed the pace and attacked early. Hoggard came out strong, executing well offensively and setting the tone with physical play and confident shot-making to gain an early edge.

Sean Johnson - 2028 

Johnson made the biggest play of the night, finishing a game-winning layup with 0.6 seconds left. He consistently did what was needed by timing his cuts, spotting up, and capitalizing on second chance opportunities.

Hoggard Standouts

Hunter McGrath - 2027 

McGrath led with composure and control, keeping Hoggard organized while making timely plays and scoring when needed throughout the game.

Will Seward - 2026 

Seward was a major presence inside, using his size and strength to impact the paint, finish around the rim, and battle on the boards against a physical West Charlotte frontcourt.
