MARIETTA, Ga. — With the final June live period rapidly approaching, there’s no better time for a recruit to shine. Southern Hoops Report and On The Radar provided a platform for guys to do just that on Saturday.

Here’s who stood out among the rising juniors:

Omari Chaudhry - Hillgrove

Chaudhry was the orchestrator of a spirited comeback for Hillgrove. Down to a talented team, Chaudhry made plays in the clutch and gave the Hawks a calming presence during winning time. He has a shifty game and brought a level of experience to this team that was needed with a few key players out for the day. Chaudhry took over as a multi-level scorer when needed, but he never forced the issue. He created good looks for teammates throughout the game watched.

Case Presley - Dacula

Presley generated plenty of buzz throughout the afternoon. His ability to create for others is what opened eyes on Saturday. He was spraying the ball all around to teammates, generating advantages for the Falcons. Presley also mixed in some good scoring with his shooting. He has good arch on his shot and is a reliable 3-point shooter as well as a crafty scorer inside the arc.

Landon Evans - St. Francis

Evans is one of the best mismatch players in the state’s 2028 class. He’s a versatile forward with the ability to play inside and out. Evans plays fundamentally and physically around the basket, securing rebounds and finishing plays at the rim. He’s also a lights out shooter from the elbows, and he can attack in a straight line from the perimeter. He has a productive skillset.

Matthew Ellison - Woodlands

Ellison was a consistent and reliable source of offense for Woodlands on Saturday morning. He was able to get to his spots often and showed off multi-level scoring. He provided his team with versatility. Ellison has good body control in the lane and was able to finish tough shots at the rim.

Aiden Allaire - Alexander

The Cougars have a younger squad after graduating several seniors from last season’s team. Aiden Allaire looks like he’s ready to have a breakout as one of the leaders on the team. He embodies what we’ve come to love about Alexander basketball. Good size, versatility, and plays with the motor that is required in this program. Allaire shined as a slasher and rim finisher. Even if he missed his shot, he got off the ground for putbacks and offensive boards.
