On the Radar's Summer Jam was loaded with prospects from independent and shoe teams. This tournament featured teams from 15U-17U from across the southeast. This will be a two part series.

Nick Levi | 2027 | Triangle Offense Elite: 6’2” G Nick Levi is a prospect who has been standing out as of late for Triangle Offense Elite. A true three-level scorer, Levi consistently knocks down catch-and-shoot threes, creates clean looks in the mid-range with quick dribbles, and finds opportunities to finish at the basket or above the rim. His ability to score in a variety of ways makes him a tough cover, and he’s clearly picking up momentum at the right time.

Da’Mir McBride | 2027 | NGU: 5’10” G Da’Mir McBride finished with 21 points in a tight win over AJ Bouye Elite. A shifty lead guard, McBride plays with confidence in the half-court—consistently getting to the basket and creating quality looks for his teammates. He showcased impressive vision with several elite full-court passes that led to easy scoring opportunities for his bigs in transition. A heady guard overall, McBride thrives as a true floor general.

Derrick McTerry | 2028 | R2L: Derrick McTerry is a prospect with a lot of upside who consistently understood and embraced his role, especially cleaning up inside on both ends of the floor. McTerry was effective finishing easy putbacks and, through pure effort and physicality, single-handedly kept his team in the game for stretches. He led his team with 18 points, all coming from within five feet of the basket, showcasing his ability to impact the game without needing touches drawn up for him.

Karl Mullins | 2028 | Gold Coast: Karl Mullins is a name to know heading into the summer months. A versatile guard, Mullins impacts the game in multiple ways and has a strong feel for finding his spots on the floor. He consistently created scoring chances by knocking down quick-hit threes and moving well without the ball. Mullins does an excellent job extending the defense with his off-ball presence, opening up opportunities for both himself and his teammates.

Branden Pitts | 2027 | Gold Coast: 6’7” W Branden Pitts is a prospect coaches should be tracking closely. Pitts has a clean, repeatable release in the mid-range and from beyond the arc, making him a difficult scorer to contest. He does an excellent job filling gaps and creating quick scoring opportunities within the flow of the offense. Defensively, Pitts stays engaged, showing strong timing on blocks and deflections while also rebounding his position. A bouncy athlete, he finishes comfortably above the rim and brings impact on both ends of the floor.
