With the Live Period looming, On the Radar continued in full swing over the weekend. The leading independent showcased some of the region's best talent over three days.

Peter Julius - Georgia Stars - 2028
Julius continued his dominance over the weekend as one of the best bigs in his class. Julius is a monster on the inside, using strength and length on both sides of the floor. He proved to be an elite paint presence on the defensive end, blocking and altering shots in bunches. Offensively, he plays through the contact, finishes well above the rim often, and converts consistently at the line. He had stretches where he was unguardable, helping the Stars extend their lead and secure an easy win.

Kip Redo - Southern Stars - 2026
Redo had an impressive offensive performance late Sunday, finishing the game with 26 points and leading his team to victory. He is a significant offensive threat, capable of scoring in bunches. He scored from all three levels in a variety of ways. As the game progressed, he caught fire, making every shot down the stretch to seal the win. Despite his scoring onslaught, he consistently made winning plays and helped his teammates get easy baskets.

Calvin Goss - Georgia Stars - 2028
Goss was one of the better guards of the entire weekend and seemed to be in full control throughout his games—a lead guard looking to run and consistently make the right play. Calvin got into the paint at will, looking to score or find his teammates for easy buckets. He has a tight handle and a loud voice on both ends. A lead defender that caused multiple deflections, leading to run-outs and easy buckets.

Nehemiah Cupid - 100 Kings - 2027
Cupid was a walking bucket over the weekend, scoring at will in a variety of ways. He scored from all 3 levels, getting to the paint with ease, and consistently knocked down the long ball. With all the gravity he gets, he used a smooth pace and a tight handle to get his teammates involved to make winning plays. A solid passer, he threw multiple lobs and found teammates in transition. Nehemiah guarded with purpose at the point of attack and regularly disrupted opposing offenses.

DJ Mitchell - BCB - 2027
Mitchell was consistent throughout the weekend as a pure scorer, showcasing a well-rounded game. He scored in various ways, including shots from the outside. DJ has excellent pace and poise, consistently making plays when his team needed him. He was smart with the ball in his hands, making the right decisions that led to easy conversions. As a willing defender, DJ also competed effectively on the boards from the guard position at both ends of the court.
