Marvin Dermenter - Palm Beach Aces (Pictured) - 2027
Marvin was electric in two games on Saturday, dropping 19 points, 8 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 block in Game 1 before exploding for 22 first half points against the Atlanta Panthers, losing in overtime 57-52 finishing with 24 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals and 1 block with five made threes. Dermenter finds his points off the bounce. He excels at getting to his pull-up from beyond the arc and is quick in transition, using his bounciness to get to the hoop, drawing fouls in the process. Marvin is crafty with how he changes speeds, lulling defenders to sleep before a quick gets them in his side pocket. Dermenter’s motor stands out. He’s a great scorer, but he plays both ends of the floor and really shines as a rebounder. Marvin Dermenter is an intriguing name to remember.

Jourden Smoak - Atlanta Panthers - 2027
I love the effort Jourden brings. He knows his strengths and sticks to them. Smoak is a downhill attacker with a mean streak. He was purposeful in leading a comeback to beat the Palm Beach Aces, scoring on a straight-line drive with two seconds left to force overtime. When Smoak gets into the paint, he gathers himself to play off two feet helping him finish through contact. 15-feet and in was where Jourden did his damage, crashing in for offensive putbacks and scoring with his floater when he couldn’t get all the way to the basket. Smoak’s toughness and athleticism are key traits. His defense played a big part in the comeback, helping defend Marvin Dermenter full court. Jourden tallied 18 points, 3 rebounds and 1 steal in the victory.

Aaron Burks - Atlanta Panthers - 2026
Burks’ day came to a close early, getting fouled hard and busting his head in the second half, but the strong bouncy forward was still a difference maker against the Palm Beach Aces accounting for 13 points, 8 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and 2 blocks. Aaron’s physicality and leaping ability make him effective. He protects the rim as a springy shot blocker and is always a threat to catch backdoor lobs. His tenacity as a rebounder and overall gritty glue should draw college attention.

Jevon Sullivan - Georgia Canes - 2027
An early 8:00 AM tip time couldn’t slow down Jevon Sullivan. The hard-playing high-motor guard racked up 14 points, 7 rebounds and 2 steals in a 64-47 win over the Palm Beach Aces. Sullivan could be seen diving out of bounds to save possessions. His defense sparked his offense throughout. A balanced scorer and facilitator, Jevon got active with his short game, scoring with floaters and in-between pull-ups. He converted at the foul line, shooting 4-5.  Sullivan’s effort was infectious. 

Michael Akinrinmade - Georgia Canes - 2026
There is a lot to like about Mike’s game. He’s grown tremendously since last watching him as a high-upside yet raw post back in 2023. Akinrinmade has grown into his frame and is now a nimble athlete capable of playing inside and out. He showed he could move his feet when defending guards on the perimeter and was active in the paint when it came to rebounding and blocking shots. Michael was able to pluck rebounds and draw foul on second chance opportunities. He was effective rolling to the rim catching and scoring fluidly and used that same mobility to attack off the dribble from the high post. Michael posted 12 points, 11 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block in an early morning win. 

Toby Strech - Atlanta Standard - 2028
Toby was automatic off the catch from beyond the arc in a loss to Elite Playmakers. Strech played off-ball, a sturdily built guard who is strong enough to make things happen off the dribble when needed. On Saturday, his floor spacing was superb, swishing five threes to finish with 15 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. Strech stretched out the defense from the wings and corners consistently. 

Jeremy Dent - Elite Playmakers - 2027
A wiry scorer, Dent got hot in the first half with his jump shot against Atlanta Standard, scoring 15 early points to set the pace. Jeremy drilled three threes. He managed to get to his mid-range pull-up and got more aggressive attacking the basket as the game wore on. Dent showed end-to-end speed with coast-to-coast takes. Jeremy capped his night with an And-1 drive and a subsequent breakaway slam to finish with 22 points, 2 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals, tacking on 5-7 shooting from the foul line. 

Daniel Hollis - Only1Elite - 2026
Hollis had an eye-popping stretch in a narrow loss to the Georgia Canes. Standing 6-foot-6 on the perimeter, Daniel is an elite athlete. Hollis was explosive with his aerial attacks, catching alley-oops with one hand and throwing down highlight reverse jams. Hollis utilized his bounce to swat away shots up close as well. His ceiling is exceptionally high, especially with how he can influence games on both ends of the floor with his motor and his streaky three-point shot.
