Strengths – It is rare to find the kid these days that is willing to do all the dirty jobs. Often it is the things that do not show up in a stat sheet that make the difference between a win or a loss. Laurent takes pride in doing all of those things. He plays defense in a stance. The trained eye can tell he always has an eye on his man and the other on the ball. He crashes the boards, sets screens and brings the energy to court. He even listed multiple positions on his registration for (SF, PF, C). This type of mentality is exactly what coach Cabral Huff will need this year from at Duluth High School.

Areas of Improvement – Laurent still has room to grow on the offensive end. Developing a specialty with the ball in his hands will help him add layers to his game. Possibly becoming a knockdown spot up shooter or blow-by slasher in transition are all within the realm of possibilities. Regardless, Laurent has the mentality to flourish this season in Gwinnett County.
