#OTRHoopsReport – EBA Top 40 Workout Senior Recap – March 14, 2014

Hamilton will bring his diversified skill set to Wichita next season.

Buford, Ga. – Eric Hamilton of Duluth, Ga. and Devin Mitchell of Lawrenceville, Ga., headlined the inaugural Elite Basketball Academy Top 40 Workout at Bogan Park. Although both have signed a LOI to play major college next season, they still played like they had plenty to prove. Hamilton, who has signed to play with the Shockers of Wichita State, showed up on a mission to prove that he is one of the most versatile forwards in the country.  He has improved his ability to stretch the floor with his jumper while also being able to attack the defense off the dribble. Mitchell, the Alabama signee, brought energy to game play with his ability to knock down jumpers from anywhere on the floor.

However, there were unsigned players in the class of 2014 who stood out as well. Shaun Jones of Lawrenceville, Ga. was one of the top available seniors on hand Saturday. He was named 8-AAAAAA Player of the Year and currently is gaining interest from low major division one programs regionally. Also Logan McIntosh of Powder Springs, Ga., showed the ability to attack the basket effectively. He had his floater dropping while also finding his teammates well off the pass.
