Chase Jeter – (Las Vegas, Nev.), – Bishop Gorman HS – 2015
Height: 6’10
Position: Center
Committed College: Duke
Date: October 5, 2014
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: USA Basketball Developmental Mini-Camp (Colorado Springs, Colo.)
Jeter seems to be filling out physically since our previous evaluations. He finishes well with each hand and uses his length to be able to finish over more athletic players. He still has some polish left to develop with his ball skill.
Date: October 5, 2014
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: USA Basketball Developmental Mini-Camp (Colorado Springs, Colo.)
Jeter’s skill set has been consistent over the 12 months. He hit the right hand and left hand half hook at 10 feet. In that way, Jeter has as good a touch as any interior guy that I’ve seen in the class to date. A willing post up player, I would expect Jeter to be a versatile forward at the next level capable of leading with his energy/effort/example.
