Undoubtedly one of the big stock risers of the event was Tyler Thornton of South Atlanta High School. The 6-foot-7 power forward showed his ability to carve out space on the low block. He rebounds well inside and outside of his area. His size and skill have had his phone buzzing from college coaches since the event.
There is no shortage of talent at Westlake High School. The next player to put on the national watch list is class of 2017 prospect Chuma Okeke. The 6-foot-8 forward can knock down threes off the catch and from a one or two rhythm dribble. He is shot ready on the catch and releases the ball with great elevation and follow through. In transition he is a head ache to deal with; he does a good job of sprinting the floor to an open wing where he can kill you with the trey ball or he can fill a lane and throw one down with authority.

Speaking of a pipeline of talent, coach Darron Rogers certainly has that at West Lake High School. Sharp Shooter Danny Lewis, showed his abilities to handle the ball at both guard positions, but it will be his dead-eye shooting ability that will have him creating a buzz this spring.
Class of 2016 Makyle Wilkerson of Heritage High School, is a prospect who caught our eye at the camp. Standing at 6-5 with broad shoulders, he is a good looking athlete with the ability to defend multiple positions on the floor. His ability to get up and down the floor in transition makes him an offensive threat as well.
Another unsigned senior who made his presence felt was 6-6 forward Cameron Walters of Commerce, Georgia. This well-built athlete used his energy and leadership to make an impact in game-play. His combination of size and athleticism make him an option for several programs locally.

Milton High School wing Alex O’Connell will be a player to keep an eye on this spring. This 6-foot-5 wing does a great job of sprinting the outside lane in order to spot up along the three-point line where he can knock down open threes over smaller or late closers with ease. O’Connell also displayed a nice mid-range pull up jumper from a one or two dribble starting point. He reads penetration and spots up, comes off screens and creates off the dribble where he easily shoots over smaller defenders.
Class of 2017 guard Jordan Goldwire of Norcross High School is another player that made his presences known. He is one of the elite shooters from over the weekend. His shot is crisp with a high release and he gets it off quick. He has a high basketball IQ and knows how to move without the ball to get open.
