PLAYERS FEATURED
College coaches hitting the OTR Circuit this weekend have plenty of talent to evaluate. Our evaluators have been on the ground all spring and shared their top team recommendations along with key players and their insight about each club. Here’s a breakdown of the squads they’re highlighting:

Atlanta Kings
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway (@CoachHemi)
The Atlanta Kings should not be overlooked this spring. They feature the hottest backcourt duo on the OTR Circuit in Kevin Rogers Jr. and David Williams. Both are must-watch prospects this weekend.
WATCHLIST:
Kevin Rogers Jr.
David Williams

Charlotte Aces
Evaluator: Miguel Ribeiro (@TriHoopsNet)
Charlotte Aces is another group college coaches should make time for at the OTR Sweet 16. 6’7 2027 Jayden Gunby is the main name to monitor with his size, motor, and ability to impact the game in multiple ways. 6’6 2028 Jackson Reed is an intriguing long-term piece, while Deshawn Coulter and Isiah Nickerson give them tough, reliable guard play. As a group, the Aces have the length, activity, and balance to be a tough matchup all weekend. They play with a good mix of physicality and pace, making them a team that should have multiple guys draw eyes throughout the event.
WATCHLIST:
6'7" 2027 Jayden Gunby
6'6" 2028 Jackson Reed
6'0" 2026 Deshawn Coulter
6'1" 2027 Isiah Nickerson

Devin Butts Elite (Culpepper)
Evaluator: Kowacie Reeves (@HypesouthMedia):
Devin Butts Elite is another Middle Georgia based program that has moved players on to the next level at a high-clip. Notable alumni include Devin Butts (Mississippi State), Cam Holden (Towson), Tye Fagan (UGA), Kowacie Reeves Jr (Georgia Tech), and Clarence Jackson (Wichita State) to name a few. This year’s DBE prospect to track is 6-foot-7 forward Rowan Woodrich. He’s already garnering lower tier Division-I interest and should be a priority target this weekend.
WATCHLIST:
Rowan Woodrich (6'7" forward)
Georgia Canes
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway (@CoachHemi):
The Canes are a perennial favorite among college coaches. They field competitive teams and always seem to have a player who goes from underrated to hotly pursued. Last year it was Jayden Crawford who signed with Georgia Southern. This year they have a few players who are ready to take that next step. The biggest candidate being 6-foot-10 post Zech Preston who seems to get better with each event (video above).
WATCHLIST:
Nigel Broome (2027)
Zech Preston (2027)
Carmello Williams (2027)

Georgia Legacy
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway (@CoachHemi):
Georgia Legacy consistently features skilled and fundamental players who are ready for the rigors of the college game. Their 17U group is led by Luke Beaver, a consistent all-around prospect. He’s a different type of player than Ben Uhde (Hope College), who starred for Legacy last year, but he should garner the same type of recruiting interest as Uhde did. Their 16U group also features several young, up-and-coming skilled players who need to be on college coaches’ watchlists.
WATCHLIST:
Luke Beaver (2027)
Hampton Hill (2027)
Will Bishop (2027)

Hard Work Pays Off
Evaluator: Joel Hillsman (@jhillsman)
Cameron Blackman is an underrated player that leads this team with his poise. The team is very balanced, and Blackman is one of the main reasons why.
WATCHLIST:
Cameron Blackman (2028)
Moses Alls (2028)

OBG Elite
Evaluator: Allen Pettigrew Jr. (@AP_Writess)
OBG Elite has some of the best international talent of any team on the OTR circuit with loaded rosters in each age group.
WATCHLIST:
2028 Willington Burros
2028 Alexis Fuentes
2026 Dovydas
2029 Rabi Bongo
2028 Jason Giegel

Sewer South
Evaluator: Umar Rashid (@_umarrashid)
Sewer South plays hard and they play the right way. Players are well-coached and respond to that coaching exceptionally. They make every game a dog fight and have real talent at every position.
WATCHLIST:
Landon Grundy (2027)
Tim Johnson (2027)
Armond Smith (2027)
Christian Dixon (2027)

Team Gold Coast 17U
Evaluator: Miguel Ribeiro (@TriHoopsNet)
Team Gold Coast 17U is a group college coaches need to make time for at the OTR Sweet 16. 6’4 2027 Donovan Swain is the main name to monitor, but this team has multiple pieces that translate. Gavin Reed brings steady guard play, Nate Accius adds versatility, Ethan Jeanlouis and Brandon Pitts give them real frontcourt length, and Santana Henderson is another guard who brings value with his pace and activity. As a group, they have the athleticism, size, and balance to give teams problems all weekend. Most impressive team on the circuit.
WATCHLIST:
6'4" 2027 Donovan Swain
6'0" 2027 Gavin Reed
6'5" 2027 Nate Accius
6'7" 2027 Ethan Jeanlouis
6'7" 2027 Brandon Pitts
6'1" 2027 Santana Henderson

Warriors Life Elite
Evaluator: Delonte Smith (@xxlontexx)
This Team has great balance, depth & size. They play extremely hard throughout their roster regardless of who is on the court. Good guard play and a rotation of bigs that will cause them to be a matchup nightmare. The defensive intensity they play with is worth noting as well.
WATCHLIST (2027s):
Kasyn Chase (2027)
Caleb Knight (2026, signed with William Peace)
Seven Pounds (2027)
Gavin Vause (2027)
Evaluator: Davis McCarn (@davis_mccarn)
Warriors Life Elite 2028 is a scrappy team that plays a great brand of unselfish basketball. They all fly around on the defensive end playing for one another. Just a fun brand of basketball to watch.
WATCHLIST (2028s):
Zaccai Lee (2028)
Jaleek Parson (2028)
Jayden Mabine (2028)

Warner Robins All-Stars
Evaluator: Kowacie Reeves (@HypesouthMedia):
The Warner Robins All-Stars consistently produce prospects for every level and this year will be no different. Class of 2028 G Jarvis Williams headlines this year’s squad. The rising junior is one of the top shooters on the circuit, holds a NAIA offer from Morris College, and is one that coaches should put in their notepads to check in on this weekend.
Evaluator: Ross Van De Griek: (@RossVDG14)
Warner Robins All-Stars have an underrated youth movement, led by 6-foot-5 wing Jaquan Freeman, who has a ton of upside.
WATCHLIST:
Jaquan Freeman (2029)
Jarvis Williams (2028)
Kam Thomas (2028)
Tre Embry (2029)
Christian Grant (2028)
Mykell Barnes (2029)
Noteworthy
Only1Elite features one of the best scoring guards on the OTR Circuit in class of 2027 Essien Lockleer. He recently scored 42 points in a game at the Rocky Top Invitational.
Chuck Person’s squads are full of gems. They play hard and there is new player that steps up each game. Do not be late to the game with their 15U squad either. Everyone will soon know their names. Coaches at the Sweet 16 need to be the first to learn.
If you do not have Triangle Offense Elite on your grid this weekend, then someone is doing something wrong. Chase Mohn has earned offers this spring. Aiden Aponte is trending. While prospects like Will Gause, Nick Levi, Zy Bruce, and Will Liddell are next up to earn recognition.
PSB Tampa consistently brings quality to the court. This year Mo Turner, Micah Jarvis, Jonah Daniel, and Reid Boland have been mentioned often as standout performers.
All Georgia Elite has a roster of guys that have been productive this spring. Xion Evans has been the go-to guy.
The Griffin Grasshoppers feature some intriguing athleticism. Guard Keelan Day has earned attention as a top scorer on the circuit.
Atlanta Standard is a new program that college coaches need to immediately get acquainted with this spring. Their 17U team features several 2028 prospects who are promising, including 6-foot-7 Mike Lynch. Their 15U team is worth peaking in on too. Liam McTeer is a talented 2029 guard.
Gold Elite always brings scrappy guys with guts and the will to win. This year Michael Wright Jr. and Fortune Hicks lead the way.
Sunshine Elite won the 16U bracket last year behind the efforts of Whit Bynoe and Bryce Hoffert. They are back this year with a few more pieces on the roster. Every school in the Southeast region at this weekend’s event needs to check in on John Elgani’s group.
Khalil Prather of NGU 17U has been one of the biggest scorers on the circuit in recent weeks. He is a 6-foot-3 guard who can light it up from the perimeter.
