Who Wants The Smoke was a high-level precursor to this weekend’s live period. The staple on the OTR calendar brings together elite talent from all over the region. Here’s who stood out:

Xion Evans - All Georgia Elite - 2027

Slasher guard that can pick up full court. Can control the O or provide a bucket if needed. Did a good job getting to the rim and playing with size got his post involved for easy buckets.

Dominion Bunch - All Georgia Elite - 2027

Athletic wing/ big that's physical with good defensive upside due to his length. Attacks the rim with a purpose and when he commits to downhill, very few can stay in front of him. Reliable rebounder and space eater for this group that shows signs of work.

Noah Sallee - Hoop Atlanta - 2027

possessed good size with a soft touch around the rim. connected on multiple baby hooks and low post jumpers and was a reliable option on the offensive end. Defensively, he was physical, used his length to force blocks and alter shots. Moved well without the ball and did a good job showing off his versatility.

Colin Hendrix - Hoop Atlanta - 2027

has a good frame too him and some wide shoulders that allow him to bully defenders. knock down/set shooter shot at a high clip from beyond the arc as well. solid physical guard that can control the pace, get to the rim, and provide quality buckets for his group.

Donovin Martin - AE5 - 2028

Coming off a state title and possibly stepping into a bigger role next season, DM showed his versatility and two-way prowess that come from his hs background. He was a pest defensively that allowed him to turn defense into easy offense. He has a quick first step and showed the ability to get to the line as well.

Charles Lewis - Griffin Grasshoppers Elite - 2027

Strong bodied wing/big that plays with good toughness and control. Did a good job pushing in transition off the rebound and getting downhill welcoming physical play. Does well guarding multiple positions if your team isnt properly equipped with size and he is comfortable in the post role. Brings good energy on the rebounding effors and sees himself as one of the leaders for this group. Continued development on shooting and ball handing will be key.

Quadarious Clemons - Griffin Grasshoppers Elite - 2027

Swaggy guard that brought the flair for this group and solid guard play. He had a confident stroke and showed he could score from all over the court and from beyond the arc.

Justice Reddish - Club Orange -  2027

Had a knack for scoring the ball and was hard to stay in front of. Had strong downhill drives to the basket and did a good job taking advantage of what the defense gave him. He was able to get to the ft line with ease and just showed the ability to score at a high clip at will. No wasted movements and with the coaching around him you can see he is just scratching the surface. Avg 25ppg over 2 contests watched.

Desmond Harper - Elite Playmakers - 2029

Good size at the guard spot. Showed the ability to score on 3 levels and use his length defensively to force turnovers. Does a good job being aggressive getting to the rim and ft line.

Denney Stomer - All Georgia Elite - 2029

An electric guard who kept his head on a swivel and could hurt your defense in multiple ways. Comfortable with both hands, high iq at the guard spot and showed a good ability to get his guys in scoring position. He had a knack for scoring, showing off his 3-level bag, and he possesses a crafty handle. He shows all the tools you want to see in a young guard.
