CARTERSVILLE, Ga.— The final Live Period of the season is officially underway, with 160+ teams across three age groups ranging from 15U to 17U. Here are ten (10) prospects who stood out on Day 2 of the event:

Jordan Leggett - SDA Elite - 2029

The 5-foot-9 point guard is lethal when it comes to his dominant ball-handling skills, and he got to his spot on the offensive end. He played under control, where he was unafraid when it came to finishing at the front of the rim while absorbing contact, and he got to the free-throw line on several occasions. On the defensive end, he applied steady on-the-ball pressure, staying active in the passing lanes, forcing turnovers, and staying disciplined with his athleticism. Overall, his quickness and ability to affect the game on both ends of the floor stood out in the morning win over Warner Robins All-Stars.

Jace Glaspie - Garner Road National - 2028

The 6-foot-4 rising junior combo guard is a gifted scorer who played comfortably both on and off the ball in the come-from-behind win over Tennessee Impact. On the offensive end, he flourished, scoring on all three levels en route to finishing with a team-high 22 points and knocking down five 3-pointers both off the catch and bounce. On the defensive end, he emerged as a high-volume rebounder, where he led transition-scoring opportunities, getting himself as well as his teammates involved by making strong outlet passes to guards and running the floor exceptionally well. Overall, his length and versatility spoke volumes, as his upside remains high as he heads into his junior season.

Chaz Wood - Tennessee Impact - 2028

The 5-foot-9 rising junior point guard is a smart guard who makes winning plays with his constant hustle and energy on both ends of the floor. On offense, his natural three-level scoring prowess, where he scored both off the catch and bounce, kept his team afloat with his team-high 20 points. His defensive mechanics were fundamentally sound, as he stayed active on opposing guards, winning the 50/50 possessions, snatching timely rebounds, and staying active in the passing lanes. He used his effort and hustle to disrupt possessions, where his quickness made it difficult for the opposition to gain any offensive rhythm in the morning game against Garner Road National.

D’Andre Allen - GT Stars NXTPRO - 2029

The 6-foot-4 rising sophomore power forward has a strong offensive skill set where he showcased the ability to get to his spots and create quality scoring chances for his teammates on the offensive end. He used his smooth handle, where he can change pace and keep defenders off balance, and he was able to score in the mid-range as well as knock down shots out on the perimeter. On defense, he used his physical tools to muscle his way to snatch down timely rebounds, alter shots around the rim, and limit the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities. Overall, Allen’s combination of his scoring ability, handle, playing with confidence, and ability to influence the game at a high level on both ends of the floor spoke volumes. He consistently looks to make strong strides as he is finishing the summer on a strong note and carrying momentum as he heads into his sophomore season.

Lucas Fainter - Georgia Legacy Premier OTR - 2028

The 6-foot-4 rising junior combo guard used his handle, pace, and speed to keep the defense honest, where he made an impact with his three-level scoring ability on the offensive end. He consistently found ways to get into the paint and kick-out to open shooters, forcing pressure on the defense. As the lead guard, Fainter brought value where he was able to be aggressive and not force difficult shots on the offensive end, as he plays with a high IQ and gets his teammates involved early in the possession. On the defensive end, his length and versatility spoke volumes, as he snatched timely rebounds, forced turnovers, and stayed active in the passing lanes. Fainter’s overall performance showcases him as a strong guard with great leadership skills, where he was able to make plays happen on both ends of the floor.

Korben Polk - Georgia Legacy Premier OTR - 2028

The 5-foot-11 rising junior point guard made his presence felt throughout the game against PSB Tampa Bay Robinson. Polk connected on multiple 3-pointers, including a huge shot that sent his team to overtime. He also showcased his ability to get downhill, where he was unafraid when it came to finishing around the rim. On the defensive end, he brought energy and toughness where he was consistently competing as well as using active hands in the passing lanes and disrupting offensive flow. His play continues to improve as he is a steady two-way playmaking threat, where he makes things difficult for opposing guards to get any rhythm going. His ability to guard inside as well as outside really sets the tone in his overall game as he makes a strong case for one of the top underrated guards in the state for his class.

Toby Strech - Atlanta Standard - 2028

The 6-foot-1 rising junior guard is aggressive when he gets downhill and gets his teammates involved off penetration, consistently putting pressure on the defense. He made good decisions when he had the basketball in his hands, playing with confidence on all three scoring levels. Despite the tough loss to Tier 2 Elite, Strech finished with a game-high 17 points on three 3-pointers. On defense, his length and awareness allowed him to make an immediate impact and a strong showing on Friday.

David Reilly - PSB Tampa Bay Robinson OTR - 2028

The 6-foot-5 rising junior small forward used his length around the basket, whether it was his finishing ability or rebounding in the win over Warner Robins All-Stars. He finished with a double-double (12 points and 13 rebounds), and his efficiency on both ends of the floor sparked the team in the win as well. On the defensive end, he used his length to disrupt opposing shots and generate deflections, leading to steals and scores on the opposite end.  Overall, Reilly put together a solid showing of his ability, where his combination of size, length, and high motor makes him an intriguing prospect to watch over the course of the next two years.

Adrian Pozo - PSB Tampa Bay Robinson OTR - 2028

The 6-foot-3 rising junior point guard put together an all-around performance in the wire-to-wire win over Warner Robins All-Stars. On the offensive end, he consistently put pressure on opposing defenses with his ability to create paint touches and create scoring opportunities for himself and his teammates to score. On the defensive end, he used his energy to create turnovers, force deflections, and was unafraid when it came to playing above the rim. He turned his defense into offense with his ability to get out in transition-scoring opportunities where he can score on all three levels. His on-the-ball defense and ability to force the offense into making a mistake on the defensive end added to his overall impact throughout the afternoon game on Friday. Pozo finished with 16 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals.

Elijah Ventura - PSB Tampa Bay Robinson OTR - 2028

The 5-foot-8 rising junior point guard kept defenders off balance with his ability to change pace and direction on the offensive end. He pushed the basketball up the floor in both transition and on the break, where he stayed under control and got his teammates involved early and often in the possession. His pace allowed him to generate scoring opportunities for both himself and his teammates. Ventura finished plays around the basket as well as knocking down shots from the perimeter, where he finished with a game-high 18 points. On defense, he was playing with hustle and energy, and he was unafraid when it came to challenging shots around the rim. He also added 9 rebounds and 10 assists in the afternoon win over Warner Robins All-Stars. Overall, Ventura impacted the game as a pace-setting guard who created scoring opportunities for himself as well as his teammates. He helped lead his team by making plays on both ends of the floor.
