Available 2026s
Ramadan Law – Team Dickerson Black OTR – 2026
Law was one of the top on-ball defenders at the tournament last weekend. His ability to sit into a stance and use his lateral explosiveness gives opposing ball handlers nightmares all game long. He put exclamation points on plays with two-hand dunks and proved he is a capable long-range shooter. The 6-foot-2 combo guard needs to be on lists heading into the late signing period.
Anthony Vaughns – Grind House Lakers OTR (TN) – 2026
Vaughns was one of the top athletes at the event. He is a 6-4 guard with a chiseled frame. The Memphis area prospect can handle the ball in transition or set the table in the half court. His versatility and explosiveness at the rim are intriguing. Expect Vaughns to get second looks during the spring live periods.
Daniel Hollis – Only1Elite OTR – 2026
Hollis generated buzz in his individual match-up with Xavier Hall of Game Elite. Hollis is a 6-6 wing-forward who brings inside-outside versatility to the floor. He proved he can block shots at the rim while also throwing down thunderous dunks off the run. He is also proving to have a budding perimeter skill set. His touch from the perimeter along with his ball-handling skills should pique the interest of coaches who need to develop a potential 3-and-D wing.
Emerging 2027 Prospects
Alexander Butts – Devin Butts Elite OTR – 2027
Butts earned the attention of multiple evaluators last weekend. He is a smooth ball handler in the open court that pairs well with his 6-5 frame. He can accelerate and elevate with the ball in the lane. His all-around skill combined with his size makes him a top up-and-comer from the Middle Georgia area.
Dalton Black – Refuse 2 Lose – 2027
Black earned attention from OTR scouts last year at On the Radar events. He was featured in several write-ups from several different scouts in 2025. He picked up where he left off this year. The 6-4 guard combines a polished skill set with athleticism that makes him a difference maker. We watched him block shots in transition. On the offensive end, he drained pull-up jumpers off smooth crossover moves. The Hewitt-Trussville product ought to draw eyes this spring and summer.
Jourden Smoak – Atlanta Panthers – 2027
Smoak backed up his reputation as a physical, aggressive wing capable of scoring from around the court. We saw him work in the high post and attack the rim with explosiveness. He also worked as a ball handler from behind the arc. Defenses find themselves in a tough spot because they cannot put smaller guards on him—Smoak can overpower and muscle past them in the lane. He can also stretch bigger players outside the paint and use his quickness to find space on the perimeter.
Next Up 2028s
Xavier Hall – Game Elite – 2028
Hall delivered one of the most dominating weekends. He is a 6-10 forward/center who is built with muscle and power. He shook the rafters with two-hand dunks. He runs the court with good footwork and can time up blocks with instinct. The North Carolina native is more than just a physical specimen. He is a polished prospect who is already earning respect on the national stage.
Jaris Anacreon – Team Gold Coast 16U OTR – 2028
Team Gold Coast is one of the hottest programs on the OTR Circuit at this moment. The 16U team played up in the 17U bracket and earned attention as a contender. Anacreon is one of the key pieces to this roster. He is a 6-4 swingman who can impact the game at the rim or beyond the arc. His high motor allows him to shift momentum for his squad.
Aiden Thomas – Team Person White 17U OTR – 2028
Thomas broke onto the scene Friday night in his team’s match-up against Team Gold Coast. He is a tough point guard who plays with a chip on his shoulder. He works the ball quickly with either hand. His quick pull-up jumper keeps defenders off balance. Thomas is playing up a level to get the competition and development necessary. Put him on the must-watch list this upcoming spring.
