Murfreesboro, Tenn. – A number of talented players entered the gym last Saturday to show their skills at the inaugural CoachHemi.com Showcase. Several local colleges were in the building to take in the action. Nearly 40 players competed and built their skills in the early spring showcase. Here are a few names to note.

Class of 2014 forward Paul Webb of Sugar Hill, Ga. showed his versatility with his ability to push the ball in transition and hit the open three-point shot. Standing at 6-foot-4, he presents an intriguing combination of size and skill at the next level.

We got a look at point guard Deandre Peoples of Gainesville, Ga. this weekend and he showed a number of skills that should translate to the next level. He has the ability to hit the open jumper while also having superb body control on the drive. We will see Peoples again this weekend at the OntheRadarHoops.com Spring Showcase.

A pair of class of 2016 point guards in Julien Martin and Kashka Edwards from the Murfreesboro area had a solid showing. Look for both guards to compete head to head for years to come as they play at rival schools in Rutherford County.

Javaughn Craig of the McCallie School in Chattanooga had an outstanding weekend at the CoachHemi.com Showcase. Craig is a guard with good size and the ability to play on and off the ball. He showed the ability to hit the open shot and finish in traffic in the lane.

One of the better play-makers at the camp was Isaiah Eguaebor of Murfreesboro, Tenn. The lefty point guard freed up space with the dribble and got the rim nearly at will. He too will participate at the OntheRadarHoops.com Spring Showcase this upcoming weekend.
