Recruiting Rundown: Damon Wilson (Powder Springs, Ga.)

Damon Wilson of Powder Springs, Ga., is attending school at Our Savior New American School in New York this season. Wilson was at St. Benedict Prep in Newark, N.J., during the 2012-13 season. The 6-foot-5 class of 2015 combo guard showed his skill set during the club season for Game Elite. The Georgia-based club team is one of the nation’s most talented teams and Wilson did nothing but raise his stock with his play.

Recently, the four-star point guard has added scholarship offers from St. John’s and Pittsburgh. In addition, Wilson has offers or serious interest from Auburn, Duquesne, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Pennsylvania and Virginia Tech. With Our Savior New American, Wilson will spend his junior year playing alongside fellow classmate and consensus top 10 post prospect Cheick Diallo. OnTheRadarHoops.com National Evaluator, Jonathan Hemingway will see Wilson and Our Savior New American at the Hoophall Classic in January.
