PLAYERS FEATURED
While slashers and flashy playmakers often grab the spotlight, the guys who can stretch the floor and knock down shots from deep are the ones that open everything up for their teams. These shooters have been cashing in all spring on the OTR Circuit. Here are some of the best at the 17U, 16U, and 15U levels heading into July.
17U Best Shooters

Jonah Daniel – PSB Tampa 17U – 2027
Daniel popped on our radar at Sweet Sixteen with clutch jumpers that helped push his team to a win. Turns out he’s been doing it all season for Coach Colin Robbie. He’s shooting 47% from three on the year.

Demetrius White – Atlanta Panthers OTR 17U – 2028
An underclassman holding his own in the top 17U division. The 6-foot guard keeps building his name as a sharpshooter whose shot translates at this level.
Mahkhi Cooper – Beach Boys Elite OTR 17U
Cooper has locked in as a reliable shooter, averaging 3.5 threes per game on the Circuit.

Daniel Collins – Georgia Fire 17U – 2027
Collins stood out at the Main Event back in March. The 6-foot-2 guard brings athleticism and an all-around game, but he really punishes defenders who are a step slow closing out.
Warren Roundtree – Gold Elite OTR 17U – 2027
A 6-foot-6 wing with the size and range college coaches love. We want to see more of him this July to see if he can match the production he showed at Run for the Cup.

Alijah Miller – Warriors Life Elite 17U – 2027
Miller made people take notice in Gatlinburg this May. He lit it up in a big matchup against Sewer South and should draw plenty of eyes this summer.
Toby Strech – Atlanta Standard OTR 17U – 2028
Atlanta Standard has held their own in 17U with a young roster. Strech has been a key piece, shooting 40% from three with high volume—nearly 100 attempts in OTR play.

Sekou Reid – All Georgia Elite (AGE) 17U – 2027
The 5-foot-11 guard built a rep as a tough, hard-nosed competitor early in the spring. He’s also proven to be one of AGE’s most consistent shooters.

Aiden Aponte – Triangle Offense Elite 17U
Aponte has emerged as a steady threat. His playmaking keeps the offense flowing, but his 41% shooting from three is what will turn college coaches’ heads this month.

16U Best Shooters

Bivindy Jean – Future Stars 16U – 2028
Jean keeps showing up on our lists. This time it’s his shooting. As one OTR scout put it: “He scores with volume and efficiency. Knocked down several threes off the dribble per game.” – Allen Pettigrew

Christian Grant – Warner Robins Allstars 16U – 2028
Grant is trending up in the 16U division. High-character, high-IQ competitor whose shooting shouldn’t be overlooked.

Abraham Feleke – Georgia Stunners 16U - 2028
The Stunners have players who know their roles and execute. Feleke’s is hitting daggers when defenses recover late. “Can light it up. A pretty shot with a high arc makes him a serious outside threat.” – Umar Rashid

Eli Basili – Sunshine Elite 16U - 2028
A well-rounded player who knocks down jumpers when the rhythm is there. He’s earned recognition at multiple OTR events this year.
Adrian Pozo – PSB Tampa Robinson 16U - 2028
Pozo is building momentum as one of the top scorers in the division. His shooting is a major part of it—he’s hitting around 40% from three.

Junior Fernandez – Sunshine Elite 15U – 2029
Sunshine Elite keeps putting guys in good spots. Fernandez is the latest to benefit. “One of the most consistent catch-and-shoot threats on the OTR circuit. Range beyond the college line, quick release. Shoots it with volume and accuracy.” – Allen Pettigrew

Jherel Gibson – Flo Elite 15U – 2029
Flo Elite sits atop the standings with athleticism and toughness, but Gibson shows they’ve got skill too. Tough cover who can hit threes or get to the rim.

Hugh Ohlandt – PNP 2029 15U
Brings size and range to PNP. Has dropped multiple four-three games. “Hugh Ohlandt is a knockdown shooter who spaces the floor at a high level and creates advantages with his constant off-ball movement.” – Davis McCarn

TJ Pigott – Georgia Stunners 15U – 2029
We saw his shooting up close over Memorial Day in North Carolina. Hit a buzzer-beater to win it, but that wasn’t a fluke—he’s been draining jumpers all year.
