THE VILLAGES, Fla. — The Florida Crown is an inaugural three-part event as part of the On the Radar Hoops season. Here is who stood out on Sunday:

RJ Salmon - PSB Tampa Bay 13U - 2031

Salmon is a long-armed prospect with a ton of upside, where he made a strong impact on both ends of the floor. He finished with 16 points despite a tough loss to Powerhouse Ballers. He played with consistent energy on the defensive end throughout the game as his activity around the paint continues to be effective. His overall playmaking and defensive presence were key factors this morning.

Elliott Brannon - Mikel Brown Jr. Elite 14U - 2030

Brannon made an immediate impact, establishing himself as one of the top playmakers in his age group. He made strong reads on the move to open teammates as well as displaying a ton of confidence when it came to finishing at the rim. He also played a key role on the defensive end, where he used his length to his advantage when it came to challenging shots at the front of the rim.

Elijuwon Hale - Camden Elite 17U - 2027

Hale impacted the game with his versatility and playmaking on both ends of the floor. His decision-making was impactful, as he didn’t shy away from getting his teammates involved. On the defensive end, he was a lockdown defender, showing his quick feet as well as utilizing his athleticism to his advantage when it came to applying pressure in the passing lanes.

Jeremy Wilmore - OBG Elite 16U - 2028

Wilmore ran the floor exceptionally well in transition, where he got to his spots on several occasions. He is a confident scorer who doesn’t need to be the primary ball-handler to make an impact on the offensive end. He also rebounded well from the guard position, where he used his length and athleticism to his advantage. His ability to make an impact on both ends of the floor at his age will say a lot about his game as the spring season rolls on.

Keyan Berkley - Hoop Nightmares 16U - 2028

Berkley plays with great pace and has elite decision-making skills when having the basketball in his hands. He consistently got downhill and dished out to teammates, whether it was on kick-outs or dump-off passes at the rim. He also showed he is comfortable and confident when it comes to shooting from the perimeter on the offensive end. His multi- versatile skillset on the offensive end could open some eyes as Berkley will be worth watching this spring as he emerges in the 2028 class.

Christian Charles - Hoop Nightmares 16U - 2028

The 6-foot-4 small forward is a matchup nightmare on both ends of the floor. On offense, his length and athleticism continue to be efficient around the rim, where he was finishing put-backs off missed shots and limiting the opposition from getting second-chance scoring opportunities. On the defensive end, he stayed active as he was guarding multiple positions, where he was active on the glass as well as in the passing lanes.

Grant Cook - G-Force Ryders 17U OTR - 2027

The 6-foot-1 combo guard is a floor general and true leader when it comes to playing the lead guard position. Cook knocked down several 3-pointers where he was playing with confidence off the catch as well as the bounce. He also showed a strong knack for playing unselfishly as he got his teammates involved on several occasions throughout the game. Cook’s production and his overall performance made him one of the toughest guards to cover in his class during the event. Look for Cook to have a stellar spring season where he could shift his versatile skillset into the next couple of months.

Aidan Crosby - Mikel Brown Jr. Elite 14U - 2030

Crosby played with a ton of energy and effort on both ends of the floor. On the offensive end, he continued to apply pressure on the defense, where he was giving them fits with his ability to get downhill as well as stop on a dime, knocking down several three-pointers off the bounce. He also showed great on-the-ball defense with his active feet and rebounded exceptionally well from the guard position. His aggressive approach on both ends of the floor will open some eyes as he is emerging as one of the top prospects in the 2030 class.
