Run For The Cup closed April on a high note with high level competition taking over Marietta for the weekend. Here’s who stood out:

David King - Atlanta Kings - 2027

David  has a very high ceiling. He keeps the defense on their heels and can easily get into the paint for those dribble pull ups. David shoots the ball efficiently and has a great shot IQ. He is an advanced shot creator that plays with tremendous confidence. David has a legit scoring profile that allows him to take over games.

Jarvis Williams - Warner Robins AllStars - 2028

Jarvis continues to shoot the ball at a high level on the circuit.  He has a quick release, can easily get his shot off over bigger defenders, and gets hot at the drop of a dime. Jarvis is a very efficient perimeter shooter. Plays with tons of toughness, never afraid of big moments, and shows great leadership.

Asa Montgomery - AOT - 2027

Asa went off for 42 points and literally had his way. Couldn’t be guarded 1on1. 3 Ball, hezi pulls, attacking off the dribble and highlight dunks.  Asa is a mismatch problem and knows how to draw fouls. He was very comfortable and efficient. Asa possesses exceptional size, natural spring instincts, playmaking ability and athleticism. He is dominant on all three levels, plays with great energy, and can fill the stat sheet at any moment.

Michael Wright Jr. - Gold Elite - 2027

Michael is a long, athletic, skilled guard. He is very crafty and can easily blow by primary defenders, get downhill and finish over the top of the help defense. Michael finished with a few highlight reel dunks this game. He is also great in pick and roll situations, excels in transition and impacts both ends of the floor, jumping passing lanes, creating turnovers with his energy, instincts and feel for the game.

Ramadan Law - Team Dickerson - 2026

Ramadan has a quick first step that allows him to blow by defenders, get into the lane and create easy scoring opportunities for teammates. Ramadan is super athletic and loves getting out in transition to show off his dunk package. He has a smooth iso game, loves to utilize his speed to get to the rim or score off pullups and runners. Coaches should definitely grab Ramadan off the boards as soon as possible.
