The 2026 Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) girls’ basketball regional playoffs are well underway as we look at some of the top performers from this weekend’s regional semifinals.
Victoria Boyer - Lincoln Park Academy - 2029
The 5-foot-10 freshman guard has a mature game that goes beyond her years when she steps onto the court. During the regional semifinal win over Bishop Verot, Boyer poured in a game-high 27 points on 9-of-17 shooting from the field and 7-of-13 from behind the arc. Her dynamic scoring on all three levels has continued to rise to the occasion, where she can be efficient as the primary ball-handler or play off the ball. Boyer’s versatility on the defensive end has continued to speak high volumes as well, where she finished with a team-high eight rebounds and four steals in the win.
Leila Bryant - Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy - 2029
The 5-foot-8 freshman guard can flat out score on all three levels on the offensive end. In the regional semifinal win over West Shore, Bryant finished with a game-high 31 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field and 7-of-11 from behind the arc. Her strong frame and athleticism allow her to play at the front of the rim as well as being efficient off the catch out on the perimeter. Her defensive mechanics are also strong, allowing her to guard heavily on the ball while showcasing her athleticism in the passing lanes. Bryant’s two-way playmaking makes her one of the top players not just in the state, but nationally for the freshman class.
Jada Clardy - Booker T. Washington (Pensacola) - 2028
Clardy has made national noise this season, and during their regional semifinal win over Beachside, it was no different. She poured in a game-high 19 points along with collecting eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Her ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor provided a huge spark for the team as they advanced to the regional final.
Kasey Davey - Providence School (Jacksonville) - 2026
The Yale University signee continues to put on an outstanding postseason performance. During the regional semifinal win over Bishop Snyder, Davey poured in a game-high 27 points on an efficient 11-of-16 shooting from the field. Her athleticism and length on the court are a huge focal point in the Stallions as they look to make a quest into the Final Four for the third consecutive season.
Ashley Knox - Tampa Catholic - 2026
The Auburn University signee was efficient in the regional semifinal win over Windermere Prep. She knocked down three 3-pointers in four attempts, showcasing her versatility and three-level scoring ability on the offensive end. Beyond her scoring versatility, Knox proved she can be effective on the glass as well, collecting six rebounds and a blocked shot in the win. Her length and poise are next-level ready as she could make an immediate impact when she gets to the Southeastern Conference (SEC) next season.
Jocelyn Hoffmann - Ponte Vedra - 2028
Hoffmann has been consistent throughout the postseason, dating back to the district tournament, where she can score in double-figures regularly. In the regional semifinal win over Orange Park, Hoffmann finished with a game-high 22 points on 6-of-11 shooting from the field and 4-of-8 from behind the arc. She added four rebounds, five assists, and three steals in the win as well. The sophomore combo guard has been playing with a ton of confidence all season long and could be a huge factor in the remainder of Ponte Vedra’s postseason run. Keep an eye on Hoffmann as she could enter a big recruiting period as we get towards the spring season.
Presley Norman - Bolles (Jacksonville) - 2027
The 5-foot-10 junior guard is one of the top perimeter shooters in the state, and the regional semifinal game against Andrew Jackson was no different. Norman finished with a game-high 25 points on 7-of-12 shooting from the field and 5-of-9 from the perimeter. Her effectiveness and leadership, whether it’s as the lead-guard or getting to her spots on the offensive end, have been a huge focal point this season. She was also aggressive on the defensive end, where she guarded multiple positions using her speed, athleticism, and length to her advantage. Norman’s two-way playmaking could spell a possible return trip to the Final Four this season for the Bulldogs.
