PLAYERS FEATURED
The On the Radar Elite 32 wrapped up this past weekend in Cumming, Georgia. College coaches filled the gyms to check out talent across multiple divisions. Here are some of the 16U and 15U players who stood out.
16U Standouts

Cooper McElroy – Tennessee Panthers – 2028
McElroy built a solid reputation this year with the Tennessee Panthers. In May at the Rocky Top Invitational, his shooting range caught attention. By the end of the month at the Carolina Memorial Day Challenge, he showed he could compete on both ends. His coaches said he “played extremely hard on both ends of the floor. Never gives up and fights to the end.”
Here is his write-up from the Elite 32:
“2028 Cooper Mcelroy (@CooperMc14) is a strong and taller guard with good feel for the game. He was able to shoot the ball at a high clip and create for himself and his teammates. Very high motor as well. Showed off some bounce as well. Ended in double figures.” - @OntheRadarHoops

Ethan Moore – Georgia Stunners – 2029
Moore is a strong athlete. It is tough to find a prospect with his physical tools. The 6-foot-3 guard showed that athleticism last weekend with several highlight dunks. He is also extending his shooting range.
Lonte Smith featured him over Memorial Day weekend:
“Has multiple D1 football looks but has good two way versatility on the court. Explosive athlete who finishes above the rim in the halfcourt or transition. Guards 1-5 & never stops communicating on defense. One of the best 2-way guys in the gym.” - Lonte Smith

Travis Hart – Warner Robins All-Stars – 2029
Hart shows the Warner Robins All-Stars commitment to development. The rising sophomore played up a grade for extra experience. He had strong moments in the spring and is gaining consistency heading into July. He averaged 12 points per game. Coach Brooks praised his ability in transition and his willingness to defend.

Paul Marte – HoopGrind – 2028
Marte keeps bringing energy on defense. Evaluators and fans notice his competitive passion. Last month he made the Circuit Superlative list as a top scorer in the 16U division. His coach pointed out after this weekend that Marte plays to win, not just to score.

Dylan Hamilton - Georgia Canes – 2028
This is turning into a big summer for Hamilton. Last month at the OTR X SHR Shootout, evaluators praised his shot-making with North Cobb High School. He kept that going with the Georgia Canes at Elite 32.
OTR evaluator Cameron Ross wrote this spring:
“Dylan shot the ball well all game from multiple spots. Showed versatility on both ends, guarded with purpose. Played up and competed well.” - Cameron Ross
Ace Spears – Georgia Canes – 2029
In the Canes 16U backcourt with Hamilton, keep an eye on Spears. The coaching staff praised his shooting and his upside as a younger player.
15U Standouts

Liam McTeer – Atlanta Standard – 2029
McTeer may have had the best overall weekend with Atlanta Standard. He helped his team go 5-0 against strong competition, including shoe-sponsored programs. He averaged 23 points per game. Against SE Elite Adidas, he scored a game-high 32. McTeer is in the conversation for 15U MVP read HERE.
Here is what a courtside OTR evaluator had to say following one Standard’s games:
“Liam Mcteer is a high iq guard with a smooth handle and nice 3pt shot. Did well under pressure during the game and finished well at the basket. Great court vision too found his teammates in the right spots. Continues to make his case for OTR MVP.” - @OntheRadarHoops

Justin Wallaston – Gwinnett Eagles – 2029
Wallaston is picking up momentum this year. We first noticed him at the Rocky Top Invitational in May. Then we saw him with the Black Knights at the OTR X SHR Shootout in June. At Elite 32 he averaged 16 points per game for a 5-0 Eagles team. He also had 13 steals over the weekend.
Here is what an OTR Evaluator wrote on Justin from Elite 32:
"Justin Wallaston is a versatile guard that can score in different ways. He has great court vision getting everyone on his team involved making the right passes and reads in the ball screen." - @OntheRadarHoops

Collin Stringer – Team Person – 2029
Stringer earned a spot on our boards as a top sophomore in the state after Elite 32. The 6-foot-4 wing gets to the rim with force. He rebounds strong on both ends. His physical style and versatility make him a good prospect.
Here is his write-up from last weekend:
Collin Stringer is a strong and versatile wing/forward. Hard to stop when he gets downhill. He absorbs contact well and plays really physical. Ended with 23 points." - @OntheRadarHoops
Zayden Bell – On-Go Elite – 2029
Bell was a double-double machine at Elite 32. He averaged 15 points and 10 rebounds. His coaches said he “owned the glass and lived at the free throw line.”
OTR scout Kyle Sandy wrote:
“2029 6-0 F Zayden Bell (@AshburnOngo) has been effective. Knows how to use his size. Physical wide body rebounds well for his height. Scores through fouls. Draws fouls.” - @KyleSandy355

Mack Hullihan – Hoopgrind – 2030
Hullihan is a rising freshman who made his mark. He gained a name as a sharp shooter. His coaches called him a “strong ball handler who is active and makes great reads with anticipation.” He had a 30-point game with eight threes.
Below is his write-up from the Elite 32:
“2030 Mack Hulihan shoots the ball with a lot of confidence, he plays hard every second he’s on the floor. He also made big-time shots when his team needed him to. He made 8 3s in today’s victory.” - @OntheRadarHoops

Chase Pickens – Wood Elite – 2029
Pickens earned another mention. He shows up as a standout for Wood Elite with his playmaking and scoring in the backcourt. He is more than a scorer. His coaches see him as a strong leader.
See the story below.
Ben Okpok – DPC – 2030
Okpok is a rising star on the OTR Circuit. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound wing-forward averaged 12 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists at Elite 32. He is young and still growing physically, but opponents are already noticing him.
Devin Brown – DPC – 2029
Brown is another DPC player gaining ground. Listed at 6-foot-1, he plays bigger. His 6-foot-8 wingspan helps him grab nine rebounds per game. He added 8 points and 3 blocks per game. DPC has a solid group of young talent to watch in the coming years.
